This unit offers luxury accommodations with breath-taking views of the white sandy beach and crystal blue ocean of the Gulf. Professionally decorated in an upscale tropical theme, it has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Sea life views from the balcony are amazing! Sleeps 6. The master bedroom has a King bed and plasma TV with DVD. There is a bunk bed area and a Queen bed sleeper sofa in the main living area where there is a 2nd plasma TV with DVD.

This units roomy open floor plan boasts a fully equipped kitchen with eat-in bar area that seats 4 and a separate dining table. Master Bath Newly Renovated Walk-in Shower; high speed internet; washer/dryer in unit and private balcony completes this deluxe vacation! Newly painted, redecorated & patio furniture 2024! Keyless entry!

You are 1.3 miles from Pier Park a 3 minute drive or take a nice relaxing beach walk on your way there. The resort boasts 2 swimming pools, one that is beach side and the other large pool is on the North side of the property, the pools is kid oriented. Grills located on site! To cool off and enjoy some shady fun, visit the new outdoor rec area! Ping pong, games and more! A large workout room is also available for you! Grab a Starbucks right there in the lobby!! The Sky Bar is located between the parking area & beach tower is an awesome place to hang out, watch the game or try some karaoke. You won't look far for sweet treats. Great place to stay! Only complaint is the elevators being busy, but being on the 4th floor, it wasn’t too much of a problem to take the stairs.

PCB vacations are the best.

Beautiful Condo

This was by far the nicest condo we have ever rented at PCB! Everything we needed was there and all was very high end down to the bath towels. It was nice being on the 4th floor too so we could take the steps if we wanted to.

The condo was wonderful felt so cozy. The only downfall is the elevator wait time is 30 mins to 45 anytime you needed to get on it due to heavy traffic. Lucky we were only on the 4th floor so we used the stairs mostly.

Property was great. Liked the yard gameArea and pool. Splash pad area was not heated and pool on beach was closed so that was a bummer. Fit 4 kids and 2 adults comfortably. Within walking distance to couple resturants and 20 min walk to Pier Park.

The condo was so roomy & convenient to fun PCB activities. We loved having a large balcony with a great ocean view. There are 2 pools on the property but one is not beachside.

Great room and location

Overall, the stay was great!!! Room was very nice, spacious and had a great view of the beach/ocean. Only minor issue we encountered was the elevators were very slow, most instances it was quicker to take the stairs and it was confusing at first how to get luggage to your room based off elevator layout. Again, this very minor and did not effect our trip.

The property was in a great location and all the amenities were great. The property has games/events for kids during the day which lids loved. The view and beach were wonderful. The facility is close to so much that we barely had to drive anywhere with so much in walking distance. property was clean and the prefect size for our small family of 4.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great condo, but nasty. I payed for cleaning but I had to clean, sand on the floor everywhere. No one could have possibly clean the floors.

Awesome home away from home!

Totally enjoyed this property for a quick 4-day get away. I’m an “over packer”, and I pleasantly discovered that I didn’t need to bring so much stuff! The property had many of the necessary (and modern) essentials for cooking, serving, and storing food. We only ate out twice—we cooked all of our meals and enjoyed the balcony view while eating most meals. We loved that there were two full baths. This allowed me to have my own space and my boyfriend had his. The king bed in the master was comfy and the living room/dining room was spacious for watching movies and relaxing. The beach view was the best part of the condo! Breathtaking! My only complaint would be the traffic noise that you could hear when in the master bedroom…but that’s only because of the location of the room…definitely not a dealbreaker. Overall—-an awesome stay and I definitely would rent again! Communication was great from the very start and we experienced no issues at all.
