• LIVING ROOM - Direct access to the large balcony that overlooks the beach through floor to ceiling sliding doors. Plenty of seating with a sofa that makes into a queen bed. There is a smart TV for your enjoyment.

• MASTER BEDROOM - King size bed with a custom made headboard. It has direct access to the balcony that overlooks the beach through floor to ceiling sliding doors. The suite has a 32' flat screen TV.

• MASTER BATHROOM - The master bath features a large soaker tub, with a separate shower; private toilet area; and double vanity.

• SECOND BEDROOM - This room contains two twin-size beds (no bunk beds here), and a flat screen tv.

• SECOND BATHROOM - This bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

• KITCHEN - Fully-equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, white-on-white appliances, built-in microwave, coffee maker, plates, utensils and everything you need to prepare that special dinner at home or just have snacks between the numerous activities the area offers.

• KEYLESS ENTRY - The unit has a numeric keyless entry lock.

• OTHER FEATURES – Our unit offers cable, a wireless internet connection, a stack washer/dryer combo, and a nice oversized balcony with plenty of seating. There is tile and laminate flooring throughout our unit.

• Beach Service Included

The private pool deck, which is located on the fifth floor, features two oversized pools (one of which is heated), two hot tubs, grills, and a huge mushroom fountain for the kids to enjoy! The resort features a fully equipped fitness center overlooking the pools and ocean, video arcade, and meeting room. Sunrise Beach offers a covered parking garage on the Gulf side - no street crossovers.

Sunrise Beach is located on the west end of Panama City Beach and within walking distance to the new Pier Park and Russell-Fields Pier (City Pier). Pier Park is a mega family entertainment complex. At Pier Park you’ll find chain retailers along with unique locally owned boutiques. The complex also contains a 16-screen movie theater, and wonderful restaurants such as Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, Red Robin, Longhorn, Olive Garden and many more! During the summer you can also enjoy free concerts for the whole family.

There are several restaurants within walking distance.

Beauty on the Gulf

This condo has an absolutely beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico and the white beaches. The location is fantastic, very close to restaurants, beach bars, shopping, and entertainment of all types (parasailing, go-karts, jet skis, etc.)

Great place to stay!

Very clean condo, comfy beds, direct access to the beach, parking was a breeze, no long walks, pools were nice, Good location, and just a very organized experience. Only negative I would say is the listing says 2 free chairs on the beach but once we made the reservation the info states we have to rent them out and they are not free. Other than that everything was perfect!

Great Place To Stay

I just got back from my 8 day vacation and this condo is as pictured and much more. The beds were much more comfortable than my own beds at home. It is decorated very nice and with a good quality products. We really enjoyed our stay and will be coming back in years to come. I highy reccomend this to anyone. The only draw back is there isn't much room to unpack your suitcase and put your clothes up, but we made due and this will not keep us fomr coming back. Once again GREAT place to stay. Thanks Tina for allowing us to stay in your home away from home.

This place is perfect !!!

This condo is gorgeous. As others have said in their reviews, the pictures do not even begin to show the elegance. From the heavenly couch, to the wonderful balcony.. the owners have paid attention to every detail. Working with the owner was so easy. I have no complaints, and would highly recommend this condo. I cant imagine how you could possibly be disappointed. Thanks again for a great stay Tina.

Wasn't Bad, Needs Work

My family and I spent a week on vacation and I am still undecided if we would do so again. When i made this reservation there were cheaper options that would have served us fine but i wanted my kids to have a great vacation so i decided to spend more. The positives: The pool was clean every day and loads of fun for my kids on the days the ocean had double red flags. The beds were extremely comfortable. The ice maker in the room was a great convenience. Being close to several stores and restaurants was helpful. Having beach chairs and an umbrella set out for us each mornings made less for us to have to carry each day. Areas of opportunities: The cleaning of the condo was similar to when I tell my 7yr old to clean his room. Minimum amount necessary. The edges of the bathroom floor were caked with dirt. The cabinnets had greasy dirt all over them in the kitchen. The kitchen clock didnt work. The exhaust vents in the master bath were so clogged with dust that i am not sure they did anything. Everything above 5ft needed dusted horribly.

Exactly like the pictures plus some!

I have to be honest I was a little hesistant when I booked this condo. The price was amazing and the pictures were beautiful. I thought to myself if this was too good to be true :) Fortunately everything was perfect and then some! Tina was great from the beginning answering my questions very timely and working with me. When we walked into the condo it was impecable and the smell was so fresh. The pictures don't do this place justice. The condo is very large especially considering it's "technically" a one bedroom. The bunk room was the perfect size for our 4 year old daughter who thought it was so neat to sleep in the fish room. The kitchen had everything we needed. The living room was very large and the furniture was very comfortable. The master bedroom and bath is huge. We had enough space to unpack and not feel cramped. The tub in the master bath was my and my daughter's favorite thing. She loved taking bubble baths and in the "spa" like she called it :) The view from the balcony was breathtaking. We really enjoyed being this high so we could see everything. The best part was the first day we checked in we saw 5 dolphins playing and flipping in the water. It was beautiful. It rained during our trip and we had some seaweed but there was enough things for us to do throughout Panama that it didn't damper our vacation. Gulf World is a lot of fun with kids and Pier Park had some great shopping. We loved eating at Sharky's which is within walking distanc from the condo on the beach. The outdoor dining right on the beach, the kids playing on the playground, and live music playing, I have to say for the atmosphere this was the best time we had. We ate their twice because our daughter loved it so much. We were able to get in the water for two days during our trip. The beach chairs and umbrella were great to have. We had fun playing in the waves and seeing all the fish swimming all around us. I was very surprised at how many there were! We also had a lot of fun crab hunting at night. All in all I have to say that this was a great trip! Being that this was my first time to Panama City and my first time renting a condo from VRBO, I have to admit that I was very nervous. This was our first family vacation and I wanted to make sure we enjoyed it. I have to say that this lovely condo is the first and only condo we will stay at in PCB. We couldn't have asked for more...except to maybe just move in ;)

Needs better cleaning service

Upon arriving from our 11 hour drive we did not receive an email with information to get access into the condo, the host did reply within 20 mins of me reaching out for the information, replying that she did not realize we made the second payment so that was why we didn’t receive an email sooner. If she didn’t think we paid then I feel she should have reached out to us sooner. Also the condo was not clean. A pair of dirty socks visible under the chair, a battery in the floor by the window which is a huge choking hazard for my toddlers, crumbs on the chair, food all over the balcony, dirty cabinets, mold on the fridge seal and excessive mold from lack of cleaning in the shower. It is very unfortunate for the property owner that their property is not being adequately maintained. We immediately reached out to the cleaning company and after talking to three different people and giving the excuse of “the previous renters left it an absolute mess and it took over 4 hours to clean it” they came and did a quick wipe down. My stay should not have been affected from the previous renters. Aside from that location was great, the master bath was a good touch, and we loved that the condo had two pools and two hot tubs. Beach access was great. I brought my sister and her teenagers to the beach for their first time, this condo is more so set up for one family with kids versus having two households but we made it work and the pictures were accurate.

Excellent condo

Tina has a great place to stay. We absolutely loved it and may make this our "go to" condo in PCB. The balcony is amazing and private. The elevators arent a problem if you learn the busy times. Everything was very clean and well kept. The only suggestion would be more drawer storage for clothes but not a big deal.

I am a native Floridian, and Panama City Beach has been my 'go to' place for a long as I can remember. I have stayed in most of the condos on the beach. When I decided to buy a unit, there was no question. It had to be at Sunrise Beach. I love the location and all of the amenities that it has to offer.

What makes this property unique

Parking is located under the building (not across the street). The complex has two pools, one of which is heated, two hot tubs, a snack bar, and a gym.
