Ocean And Mountain Views

Panoramic view of the ocean and the mountains, this beautifully furnished condo has all the amenities you're looking for. This condo is just a three minute walk to Kamaole Beach 1 where you'll enjoy snorkeling, boogie boarding, paddle boarding or just relaxing in the sun. A short walk to all the restaurants and shopping.

Kihei Ali'i Kai has free parking, sauna, pool, hot tub, tennis courts, BBQ's for all guests to use. This unit includes WiFi, Cable TV and a DVD player. Our unit is C-302.

Bedroom: 1 brand new queen size mattress

Living room: 1 Queen Air Mattress

Living room has beautiful views of the ocean and mountains. You can enjoy watching the whales right off your lanai during whale season. The living room is very spacious and has many upgrades, including a flat screen TV, A/C, pull out sleeper sofa, and a sound system for watching tv or listening to music.

Kitchen: The kitchen has everything you're looking for and then some. There are all sizes of pots and pans, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, coffee pot, BBQ tools and of course cups to take down to the pool to enjoy your favorite beverage.

Bedroom: The bedroom has a new queen size bed. Enjoy a cup of coffee while looking out your bedroom window and enjoy the ocean view.

Bathroom: This bathroom has been renovated with a walk in shower, granite counter top and tile floors.

Lanai: Enjoy your private lanai to watch the South Maui sunsets whether your seated around the table or laying on lounge chairs. This is a perfect place to read or entertain visiting guests.

Extra amenities include a washer/dryer, beach towels, snorkeling gear, boogie boards, 2 beach chairs, one beach umbrella, cooler for picnics, laundry soap and dishwashing soap.

Amazing location

I love this location, it is so close to an amazing beach and the restaurants around this unit are great. There is such a great breeze throughout the unit, I didn't even have to use the ac. So close to many hikes if you are into that kind of thing. Very modern and updated unit, I will definitely be staying here whenever I stay in Kihei.

Great location and great host

This a very nice condo with all amenities, great for a family vacation. It is located in the middle of town Kihei and beach is across the street. All good food trucks and coffee shops are near by too. The owner is great and very easy to communicate with.

Great vacation property in Kihei

This was a great property for our stay in Maui. It was central to Kihei within walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants as well as the beach. It was also far enough from the main road in Kehei to allow a quiet stay on the patio. Had everything we needed included beach chairs, towels, umbrella, etc.
