Kihei Alii Kai is a "HOTEL ZONED" complex (not affected by the possible STVR ban) & is perfectly located in sunny Kihei, close to the beaches, restaurants, and shopping, but far enough away to relax and experience the tranquility of Maui’s beauty.
This spacious 1 bedroom condo is fully furnished, with a beautifully remodeled kitchen, bathroom, and upgraded appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the utensils and appliances you’ll need to create your favorite island meals. New floors were installed in August 2024 (no more carpet!)! Dining on the lanai while enjoying the cool island breeze is a must! The bedroom comes equipped with a comfortable Cal-King bed, a flat screen TV with cable, and an assortment of blankets, pillows, linens, and towels.
If needed, there is air conditioning available in the living room/kitchen area as well as a portable AC in the bedroom, or you can open the windows and allow the cross breeze to cool you down. There is WiFi, Cable/Smart TV, a DVD player, a radio, and a telephone with complimentary, unlimited long distance calls within the US & Canada.
Take a 2 minute walk to some of the best beaches in Kihei, famous for their white sand & crystal clear water. Some of the best snorkeling on the island is located in Kihei, Wailea, & nearby Makena. There are Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrella, Boogie Boards, small cooler, & other beach items available in the condo.
For pickleball enthusiasts, there is a private court in the complex that is complimentary for guests. Full-size gas grills are conveniently located next to the pickleball court as well as the pool and Jacuzzi area! There's also a sauna 2 floors below! There’s plenty of fun to be had on Maui, but if its rest & relaxation you’re looking for, it’s available right here at Kihei Alii Kai, unit #C301.
This condo is managed by a couple who has lived on Maui since 1974, & knows the island and what it has to offer extremely well! They also live less than 5 minutes away, and are available to help make your vacation a memorable one! Give us a call or email us for additional information!

Kihei Ali'i Kai, C301 is a beautiful condo, very clean, and really close to restaurants and shopping. The best part is that it's right across the street from Kamaole Beach II.

Because Kihei Ali'i Kai is a "HOTEL ZONED" condo, there is no fear of Maui County banning this condo from short-term vacation renting in the near future as many "Apartment Zoned" condos are facing.
