Beautiful apartment in the heart of Avoriaz

The property was clean and in an excellent location. We were travelling with older children as a family of 5 so the apartment was just about big enough for us all. It sleeps max 5 - probably better suited for fewer people but would recommend it to anyone wanting excellently situated accommodation, right next to Folie Douce in beautiful Avoriaz

Fabulous cosy and stylish apartment. Well appointed, beautiful views, excellent location. Immaculate, thoughtfully decorated and set out. Host was incredible - super helpful and helped make our stay even better. Thanks so much! Highly recommend.

Ménage non fait à l’arrivée (lavabo, baignoire, WC sales, etc.), puis ménage fait à la va-vite, puis refait superficiellement le surlendemain... Selon des notions d’hygiène très relatives : à titre d’exemple, la serpillière cradingue est rincée directement dans l’évier de la cuisine. Si vous êtes à cheval sur la propreté ou allergiques à la poussière, s’abstenir. Vraiment.Siphon de la baignoire bouché, malgré la promesse de faire venir un technicien nous avons dû nous débrouiller et aller acheter notre destop au carrefour.Odeur vraiment très désagréable (canalisation ?) devant l'appartement durant tout le séjour (rien n'a été fait, malgré la promesse de faire venir quelqu'un)Il manque des choses de base dans la cuisine, et les poêles et casseroles étaient inutilisables (au 4e jour, on nous a fourni des casseroles neuves).Communication très laborieuse avec les différents interlocuteurs (le propriétaire, le syndic, la conciergerie…)Pour le reste : immeuble récent très sympa, super bien situé (notamment pour accès ESF sur le plateau), ski room ultra pratique avec accès direct aux pistes. C'est super dommage

Appartement agréable

Appartement très agréable et bien équipé. L'immeuble est neuf et bien placé à 5mn du centre. L'accès aux pistes est immédiat depuis le local à skis. Manque éventuellement une TV pour les jours de mauvais temps...

Bel appartement bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Très confortable. Résidence récente. Proximité immédiate de la Folie Douce, donc musique extrêmement forte jusqu'à 18h30. Communication avec l'agence gestionnaire et exactitude de l'annonce à revoir : mail de confirmation avec les infos d'une autre résidence, lits non faits et appareil à raclette non présent contrairement à ce qui est annoncé,...

Super appartement

très beau 2 pièces avec un très beau living très agréable, bien décoré et lumineux grâce à une grande porte fenêtre. Cuisine très bien équipée (vaisselle pour 10, machine expresso etc), le tout dans un état neuf. La résidence est parfaitement située en haut d'Avoriaz, à l’écart du bruit avec une jolie vue sur la station et le chalets devant - A renouveler sans aucune hésitation -
