This immaculate 2 bedroom apartment is now available for summer and winter rental. The well laid out apartment is ideally located in the central Encoches area. This area of Morzine is regarded as one of the most desirable locations because of the easy access to town, to the ski slopes and to all the amenities whilst at the same time offering the tranquility of the south facing sunny slopes with the fabulous views of the town and down the valley. The ski bus stops 2 minutes from the apartment and takes you to either the Morzine or Avoriaz ski lifts. A short walk across the footbridge takes you to the Pleney and the Super-Morzine lifts and also allows easy access in to the town for your evening entertainment. The apartment provides two double bedrooms, a bathroom and two toilets. The well equipped kitchen incorporates a dining area and adjoins the open plan lounge area with its comfortable L-shaped sofa. Doors from the lounge area open on to the large wrap around south facing balcony which provides stunning views of the valley and the Pleney slopes and offers the perfect setting for an apres-ski drink as you watch the sun go down. The kitchen includes fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric oven and hob. There is a large flat screen TV, DVD and Bose sound system in the lounge area. Good WIFI is available. The apartment is rented with hotel quality bed linen and towels. There is a personal ski locker for ski storage. Private parking is available outside the apartment. A second secure parking space is available on top of the garage which is located next to the chalet below. FOR SUMMER GUESTS I am a Portes du Soleil Multi Pass partner and accommodation provider. This gives guests in my apartment access to more than 70 activities in the area on an unlimited basis for just 3 euros per day representing a significant saving. I recommend Intersport Super Morzine for all your cycling gear. The shop is right next to the Super Morzine lift. As a guest in my apartment, you are entitled to store your bike here free of charge instead of paying the usual 5 euros per day. FOR WINTER GUESTS I am pleased to recommend the Intersport SuperMorzine shop as a very good, convenient place to hire and store your ski gear. The shop is right next to the SuperMorzine lift. As a guest in my apartment, you will be entitled to a 20% discount. The storage in the basement is excellent and you can store your own gear there as well as rental gear. After a hard day’s skiing, it is a relief to dump your stuff there and then walk up to the apartment unencumbered! As a registered accommodation provider in Morzine, I can offer you discount on your lift pass. Discount also available on your airport transfers.

Great apartment (clean, tidy, well equipped and easy parking). 5 minute walk (max) to the Super Morzine Cable Car and the centre of Morzine. The host was very helpful prior to visit with apartment details and local discounts for ski hire and passes. We highly recommend.
Absolutely amazing stay! Lovely location just near the super morzine cable car. The house is very cozy you got everything you will need. The communication was great with the owner. He reply any of our question quickly. Highly recommend for anyone come here for a ski holiday.
We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay in this beautiful, very well equipped apartment. Bedrooms are a little cosy, but there is plenty of storage, hanging space and additional hooks. It is in a peaceful location with stunning views across Morzine and within short walk from the centre of town and all the amenities. We watched an ice hockey match at the local ice rink one evening, which was great fun and an easy walk from the apartment. We'd have no hesitation in recommending this property and hope to return in the future. Thank you.

Brilliantly situated on the right side of the valley. Everything supplied for self catering, parking at the door and the best balcony views in town. We couldn't fault and thoroughly enjoyed our week there.
Parking outside the property was good and Safe for our rental.Apartments were abs. Fan Tas Tic Our apartment 4 was down 4 levels for us septuagenarians so if we revisited we would opt for apt 1 or 2.Thankyou Phil your hosting & communications were excellent.

A great apartment with excellent views across to the Pleney.
We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children. We stayed here for a weeks skiing holiday and could not fault it. Just a short walk to town and the Super Morzine lift. Would happily stay again.
This apartment was great. Fantastic balcony. Very clean and tidy. Extremely comfortable bedding. All amenities catered for. An easy 5 minute walk into central Morzine with a more challenging (but manageable) uphill climb back, especially after some of the excellent local Savoyard cuisine!Highly recommended.
The apartment was very warm and cosy and the views across the valley were fantastic. Philip the owner was really helpful giving us lots of information about transfers from the airport, ski passes,hire etc which made for a stress free holiday. Would recommend this lovely apartment.
I used it a base for cycling . Owner very accomodating for bike storage and climbs from Morzine are great.
The apartment is only a short walk across the footbridge and has great views with sunlit balcony in afternoon and evening.

After a great trip last year we decided to visit again and this year was also great. The chalet has everything we need and has a great location, not to mention the wonderful views. The host was very good at communicating everything we needed to know and the accommodation was clean and welcoming when we arrived, when we were able to get in with no problem. Highly recommended.
