Swimming pool and garden
Large swimming pool (10x5 m) with Roman steps with a depth ranging from 1.00 to 2.00 m, alarm system for small children, and underwater lighting. Around the swimming pool is a large terrace with sun beds (65 m2). From the house with several (partly covered) terraces you have a direct view of the swimming pool.
The surrounding large garden is enormously varied with lawn, pines, cypresses, fruit trees, olive trees, oleanders, rosemary, agaves and roses. You have a lot of privacy and beautiful panoramic views from the house or garden to Narbonne (25 km away). In the garden are birds, butterflies, salamanders and in the evening you can hear the barn owl and nightingale from the valley. From the site you can walk straight into the fields and forests with various hiking opportunities.
There is a stone barbecue in the garden and Jeu-de-boule can be played on the grass. The tennis court in the village can be used free of charge.
