It is ideally located close to Narbonne and the beaches, in a dead end offering tranquillity and trees. You will not be disappointed. This comfortable holiday home has a large kitchen with access to a wooden dining terrace, a living room, a dining room, and 1 bedroom on the ground floor with shower and washbasin. The other 3 bedrooms are upstairs. There are 2 shower rooms and 2 toilets. There is a swing frame for children in the garden. We allow access to the pool for the guests of a cottage. The maximum capacity is 5 people.

We live in the property, in an ancient, but renovated cellar. We fell in love with this exceptionally located place, next to the beaches (9 km away from Gruissan) and 2 km away from the city centre, and with the calm you can experience.
