Wonderful, clean, and modern apartment in great neighborhood. Extremely close and short walk to Vatican and easy to get to other neighborhoods as well. We were three families of four each with two young kids and the place worked out wonderfully! Lovely stay in Rome and great host!

The property was so spacious and accommodated our family easily. Hot water in the middle bathroom was inconsistent and seemed to only work when the other adjacent hot water was on and the hot water tank was activated. Bedding and towels were nice and clean but the apartment (lights and furniture) were dusty.Check-in was seamless and location was perfect.

Hi Cindy, I'm glad you enjoyed the house and found the beds and pillows comfortable. I'm sorry you had issues with the hot water. I can confirm that two bathrooms have gas boilers, which are limitless and never run out. One bathroom has an electric boiler, but you need to make sure the button is on. If it's accidentally turned off, it might take at least an hour to recharge.

Great property in an amazing location

The apartment was great for our family. Lots of rooms which allowed the teens some privacy, and a large communal area where we could have our meals together. Great location as well!

Great Location. Top benefit to this apartment. 5 min walk from all the action. Lots of rooms. 4/5 have split unit AC. Sufficient bathrooms for coordinated showers. A dryer to go with the washer machine would have been ideal. We did have to hang clothing to dry on the provided clothes rack. For 10 to 12 people washing, that was not ideal. Kitchen is more small apartment style than large. But who visits Italy on vacation to cook. I would stay here again regardless.

Perfect place to stay in Roma

Location is perfect nearby restaurants and walkable shopping. On the first floor of the building, clean, well maintained, and all that you need to enjoy your stay. We had 12 people and all slept comfortable. Would stay here again if we return.

We loved our stay in Luca’s apartment. We had a group of 10 of us and we had more than enough space throughout our time there. Cool decor, ideal walkable location to all attractions and comfortable beds! We would definitely stay here again.

Spectacular spot in Roma

Excellent location and excellent accommodations. The beds were beyond comfortable, and communication was spot on, from where to leave our luggage and requesting a driver. We couldn’t have asked for a better such in Roma. The only thing we would recommend or say is there are no paper towels, no kitchen towels and very limited bath towels.

Overall great location! Make sure you plan accordingly with luggage since early check in or drop off is not available. Otherwise cute spot and great communication with host!

Hello Lo thank you for your feedback,I couldn't offer you early check in because I had guests going out on the same day otherwise I would have offered it to you for free as I do when I don't have check out on the same day. However, I indicated a convenient luggage storage area a few meters away where you can leave your suitcases. Regards Luca

Rome all around!

The apartment was close to many sights, shops, and restaurants but was also a quiet neighborhood. Luca was an excellent host and we had such a good time getting to know Rome (and then retreating to the comforts of the apartment).

Excellent for a multigenerational family

Ranging in ages from 11-82, our family was very comfortable in this first-floor apartment. Close to the subway entrances and walking distance to grocery stores and shopping, it was a very convenient location.
