This was a great property for our vacation. We loved the location with so many restaurants nearby. We had already stayed closer in to the city center and this area near the Vatican was great for the tours we had planned for the end of our trip. Loredana was extremely helpful and even had information inside the apartment with recommendations for restaurants. Loredana was extremely responsive before we arrived and even had Francesco meet us at the apartment to check us in, which was a very smooth process. The property was clean and had all of the amenities we would have ever needed. There was a little bit of street noise in the late evenings, but that is to be expected with all of the restaurants nearby. It wasn't enough to bother us. I would recommend this property and take advantage of Loredana's restaurant recommendations.

We are a family of 7 and this accommodation fit all of our needs. Great location, comfortable and felt like home! Restaurants and cafes were a quick walk in any direction! The communication with the host was friendly and efficient! I would definitely recommend this place if you are visiting Rome!

This property is as perfect as it gets. The building is beautiful, the apartment is extremely spacious and so well appointed with amenities. The host is a dream, seriously. I stayed with my spouse and elderly parents. There are five short steps up from street level. Everything else is flat and amazing. I would very highly recommend staying here. It is worth every euro.

The property was very clean and updated. It is a great location near the Vatican with many shops and restaurants nearby. A market is literally steps away from the front door. There are only a few stairs to get into the apartment so that was very convenient but being on the first floor there is some street noise to be mindful of. The host was great and we were able to check in easily. I would recommend this property.

This was a great property for our party of 6 1 child. The check in process was smooth and there was plenty of space. The property was clean and fully stocked. With it being on the first floor, you do hear some traffic at times but we still enjoyed ourselves with the windows open for most of the stay. The neighborhood was nice - not too crowded but within walking distance to plenty of restaurants, bars and of course the Vatican. I would recommend this property!

We loved our stay. Location is ideal and the property is just perfect. Loredana was a dream. So consultative, kind and generous with her time and guidance. She even arranged for our driver from the airport. There are plenty of places to eat and shop within steps and we walked everywhere. Easy to get a taxi too if you needed one. We would for sure stay here again!

My husband and I, along with our 4 kids spent two nights in this apartment. It's very spacious, including a large living room with lots of seating for us all to spend time together. The home was beautifully decorated with lots of thought and detail. The location is great, on a pretty quiet street but close to many restaurants and shops. About 10 minute walk from the Vatican. It's on the first floor and some may not like that but I found it to be very convenient to not have to drag the kids up and down stairs or get into the tiny elevator. While the air conditioning worked very well in all the rooms, the room with the 2 single beds didn't have AC, only a fan. My kids turned out being ok with it but it is important to note. The bathrooms were clean but I did find the showers to be a little on the small side. The host was very responsive, helpful and accommodating. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and so happy with our choice.
