About this property

Newly renovated 2 bed, 2 bath condo located in gorgeous Sports Village

2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. It has a king and queen bed, 1 pull-out couch, 1 regular couch and 1 love seat. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Our roomy 1150 square foot condo has been newly renovated. Basement/ground level condo - you will need to go up a set of stairs into the building and then 2 flights down. The location is near the club house and playground with interior and exterior entrances. HD Smart TVs for use with Netflix, etc., HD cable with ESPN, etc. Free 50mbps WiFi in condo; DVD player; board games. Wonderful getaway spot for couples, friends and families.

Included in your stay is access to all the amenities of Sports Village:

***3 Heated swimming pools: 1 adult only pool, 1 large main pool, and 1 children's wading pool. The pools are closed the Monday after Thanksgiving through the Thursday before Presidents Day weekend.***

Great location. The pool and clubhouse are nice with plenty of activities to do. This unit was nice and recently renovated. Had a bad smell when we first entered. Went to Walmart and bought some air freshener. That helped but the smell never fully went away. When we got home our bags and clothes had the same nasty smell. Other than that we really enjoyed this unit and would definitely stay here again.

Gymnastics State Meet Weekend

Great property. Close to a lot of things to do such as trails, hiking, parks, and restaurants. Property has and is close to swimming, mini golf, paddle board, and pool. Would stay again. Condo did have a stuffy smell though. Luckily, with a little bit of air freshener, we were able to enjoy our stay.

Sports village

The overall condo village is awesome. Our condo was fine- only had some issues with the TV and only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people for a week! Clean, spacious, comfy beds! I’d definitely book again

Perfect location!

My kids and I had a great stay at the Garns’ condo! We were in St. George for a soccer tournament for my daughter’s team and it was the perfect location for getting to and back from the fields. It was also a great location for other trips around St. George and had a great hiking/mtn biking trail very close - literally within walking distance from the condo. The condo was clean and the communication with Rae was great. All in all, a perfect stay! Thank you, Rae!

Sports Village E2

The property was as advertised, new floors, nice kitchen, lots of seating in living room. Back door is next to playground which is nice if you have kids. Great location and has a carport parking spot. My only negative was it was dusty (the dresser in bedroom and nightstand). I will IM manager the details. Overall great stay, super comfortable and hope to stay there again next year.

The property worked great for our family!! So nice to have a place to relax!

We usually use a hotel when we go to St George. We will never do that again!! It was so nice to have 2 bedrooms so we had privacy and things at the resort to do. We took our 3 year old grandson and he had a great time with a basketball hoop his size, mini golf, and a playground he could enjoy. We will definitely be back!!
