I am very surprised at your review as you made no such complaints when you were at the Villa. The cleaning is carried out by a professional company who spend 6 plus hours cleaning the villa on the day of arrival. When you refer to garden furniture, it was a parasol that was replaced immediately as the winds the day before had broken it beyond repair, which is quite common. The air conditioning does work off a card system, for environmental reasons, and there has never been a case of charging extra. Finally the pool net is frequently replaced and all you had to do was to report it to the Management Company, who would have replaced it immediately. I am sorry you feel this way and it is quite disappointing that you choose to submit a review over 2 months after checking out.

Swimming pool and and accommodation

Swimming pool could do with better maintenance, not the cleanest accommodation and had to ring the management every couple of days to top up the air-conditioned but with some arguments was free of charge. When we arrived the owner was very helpful sorting most of the issues.

Thank you for your feedback which has been relayed to the Management Company, who have taken action to remediate their cleaning procedures. and service the air con card system, otherwise remove it all together.

Tranquilidad y Comodidad
