(Honestly and with humility) do not know if we have the biggest house, the most luxurious or the most expensive city for us that we do not care, what we DO know is that it is all the more ORIGINAL and we work and we put all our good energía.Les offer a spacious, bright, functional home with a stylish and fun decor modern-retro 70's and 80's, renovated in 2013, new furniture and wooden floor, large lounge with Smart TV 47 "HD + channels satellite with own garden and large sun access, exclusive and unique town terrace with tables, chairs and sun - solarium, large BBQ and an inflatable pool in summer.!-D

Wonderful stay in a city oasis

We had a perfect stay at Juan’s fantastic apartment in June. Juan is a warm and generous host and his home is beautiful. (He lives downstairs and the entrance to the apartment is totally private.) It has everything you need from a fully-equipped kitchen to a shady terrace with disco balls on the roof! We felt totally at home. It’s less than 10 minutes to the heart of the centre of Murcia. You can walk through nearby park Floridablanca, and you’re at the lovely huge municipal pool where you can swim in the shadow of the cathedral. We were on a walking holiday so we didn’t go far, there was plenty going on in the city to keep us entertained at night, and by day we cooled off in the huge paddling pool on the terrace in the day. Get a train (station is a two-minute walk) to Cartagena. After a day in the city of Cartagena, you can get the bus (five minutes up the road from the station - up from the fountains) to a lovely beach called Cala Cortina. We saw flying flamingoes! We didn’t have a car and managed fine on our trip. There’s a huge supermarket outside the apartment. Murcia is also a very vegan-friendly city, with a handful of restaurants in one square, near the cathedral, serving delicious, inventive vegan meals. The train is easy for trips onward, to Barcelona, for example. The temperatures were up to 40 celcius during a heatwave and Juan’s apartment kept us totally cool. Our toddler loved the space. The beds are comfy, the whirlpool bath is a treat. It really is an oasis in the city. Thank you, Juan. We’ll never forget our stay.

Original apartamento y gran amabilidad de Juan

Apartamento a 15 minutos andando del centro. Original decoración. Destaca su amplia terraza, con barbacoa y zona para relajarse, y el jacuzzi del baño. Se puede aparcar en la calle (No es zona azul) Juan fue muy amable y atento. Nos dejó pan y bollería, así como abundantes naranjas y limones de su huerta. También bebida en la nevera, agua, refrescos y cerveza. Nos facilitó nombres de lugares para comer y visitar, tanto en Murcia como en Cartagena.

Fun experience, amazing host, kid friendly apartment

Funky, playful, spacious apartment. Great location. Can walk to centre. Juan was incredibly kind and helpful. He even provided dozens of fresh oranges from his trees for us to make juice with. Blackout shutters/shades ensure a good night sleep. Mattress was very comfortable, and plush towels. We would have stayed longer but the apartment was already reserved so we could only book for 3 nights.

Increible apartamento a pocos minutos del centro de la ciudad

La sorpresa fue mayúscula cuando nos encontramos con este lugar. Unas habitaciones amplias y luminosas ...hasta pudimos elegir la almohada! Lo mejor del baño fue una bañera de hidromasaje con radio que nos proporcionaba la dosis de relax que necesitabamos despues de la larga jornada... El salon con una Tv XL y con todos los canales que puedas pedir, estupendo con dos sofas cómodos. Una cocina muy bien equipada de la que resalto su variedad de tés, sua naranjas y limones suministradas por Juan y recogidas a diario de su huerto, un encanto de dueño! No puedo terminar sin mencionar la terraza, chill out, donde pudimos comer y disfrutar del buen clima de Murcia incluso en febrero! Recomiendo este apartamento, está situado fuera del ruidoso centro y tiene enfrente y alrededor buenos supermercados! Pensamos volver!

Estancia fantástica, muy acogedora.

Es una casita muy cómoda y limpia, llena de detalles fantásticos; colchones y almohadas muy confortables, mucha variedad de canales televisivos, wifi,,... Está ubicado en una zona muy tranquila con muy buen acceso para salir y entrar en la ciudad, a la par que cerca del centro. La atención ha sido excelente, Juan es un gran anfitrión. Estuvimos 6 días en Semana Santa con mis hijas de 20 y 21 años y ellas han quedado entusiasmadas con los detalles de Juan. Ha sido una estancia que siempre recordaremos. Enhorabuena Juan.

Estancia perfecta. Totalmente recomendable.

Estupendo apartamento, totalmente equipado (no habia estado en otro apartamento con tantos detalles) sobre todo en la cocina en donde habia de todo, tostadora, cafetera,especias, aceites y un largo etc... Que realmente nos sorprendió. Juan, el propietario, encantador y con todo tipo de detalles. Muy cerca del centro y con buenas conexiones. Lo recomendamos y seguro que si volvemos a Murcia nos volveríamos a hospedar allí. Agradecerle a Juan toda su atención, preocupación por hacer que tuviésemos una estancia cómoda y todos los detalles que tuvo con nosotros .

Best option in Murcia!

Our host was very warm and hospitable: Juan welcomed us with 2 bunches of flowers and excellent oranges and bread, and gave good advice for dining out. Very comfortable place to stay (2 adults and one dog). The apartment was very clean and cozy with air con and extra heaters in the bedrooms (comfy beds). Fast WI-FI, nice flat screen satellite TV in the living area. Fully equipped kitchen, where we found some coffee, tea, salt, olive oil, spices... Terrace and barbecue. Easy parking and a supermarket, playground for children and dogs, bars and restaurants close by were very convenient. Walking distance (approx 15 minutes) to the Cathedral and city center. Good situation for side trips (Cartagena, Cabo de Palos...). We would stay here again!

que dire sur cette maison ...... parfaite en tout point de vue et accueil très chaleureux par les propriétaires Juan & Teresa qui savent respecter l'intimité de leurs locataires nous avions tout ce qu'il fallait que ce soit à la cuisine, la salle de bain, dans le salon et dans les chambres avec une déco jeune et sympa la terrasse est très agréable et bien ensoleillé surtout quand on fait un barbecue avec Juan & Teresa et qu'on prends l'apéritif le midi toujours plein de bonnes intentions et en fin de compte parle plutôt bien le Français ce qui nous arrangeait car nous ne parlons pas du tout l'Espagnol pour finir ce n'est pas des rumeurs .... la paella de Juan est tres bonne merci pour votre accueil et si nous avons a revenir dans la région, ce sera sans hésiter que nous reprendrons cette maison une bise a Juan & Teresa la famille Plu

Un lugar maravilloso, con derroche de personalidad, ideal para estar con niños, y con un anfitrión fuera de serie. El barrio es tranquilo, a un paso del centro, con muchos parques con columpios al pie de terrazas de cafetería. Buen clima, gastronomía de 10, buena gente... Y Murcia, todo un descubrimiento. Fantástica estancia

Disfrutamos mucho la estancia. El apartamento es muy confortable y Juan nos recibió muy amablemente, dispensándonos varios detalles que nos hicieron sentir como en casa. De lo bueno lo Mejor, de lo Mejor lo Excepcional

Con motivo de una celebracion, nos hemos trasladado a Murcia todo el fin de semana, siendo nosotros los unicos miembros de toda la familia que prefirio alojarse en una casa en vez de un hotel como el resto. La proxima vez que tenga un evento en Murcia tendre que ser habil porque todos han alucinado con la estancia asi como con los detallaes que han tenido. Lo primero es la bienvenida con un pan artersano, con unas bebidas en el frigorifico asi como una tarjeta de bienvenida y unos juguetes preparados para los niños asi como chucherias. La casa es para que te sientas en tu estancia como tu propia casa y creo que con eso ya esta todo dicho. 2 Habitaciones amplias, un salon con terraza, cocina con lo basico para que puedas cocinar asi como accesorios necesarios y cortesia de la casa (te,naranjas,cafe,azucar...) Hay una sorpresa en el desayuno de despedida que no quiero desvelar y que lo comprueben, pero esta claro que con pequeños detalles hacen que el viajero quede mas que contento y satisfecho y los propietarios de esta vivienda los tienen. Si tengo que volver intentare ser el mas rapido de la familia ya que el resto ha tomado buena nota de este alojamiento

Fantastico !!

El mejor lugar para descansar en Murcia, muy bien situado, es como estar en el campo con toda la tranquilidad... Pero estas cerca de todo!! Supermercado cruzando la calle... El piso es fantastico!! Amplio, luminoso, con vistas a jardin con plantas... Todo al detalle, la decoracion e iluminacion a pedir de boca. Un patio divino y soleado. Y lo mejor, los caseros son los mejores!!! Super atentos, simpatiquisimos, amables... Estoy deseando volver a Murcia solo para hospedarme alli!!!! Gracias Juan!!!!!!

Da gusto encontrar lugares y personas así.

Uno de los lugares más originales que he podido encontrar en la ciudad de Murcia, hasta el punto de servir de inspiración para llevar a cabo el rodaje de un videoclip en esta vivienda. Si estás buscando un ambiente con una decoración interesante, este es tu lugar. Los propietarios de esta casa, han creado a su medida un delicioso refugio con mucha personalidad. Muy agradecido por la excelente acogida y la colaboración en todo momento de los propietarios, da gusto encontrar gente así.

Trois semaines a Murcia

Notre séjour fut globalement très agréable, l'appartement est propre, fonctionnel et sa décoration est originale, la terrasse est un vrai plus... Sa proximité avec les commerces très pratique! Le centre ville est accessible à pied et il est fort sympa. Étant en ville quelques nuisances sonores sont à regretter. Par ailleurs, la plage de Calblanqué situé dans une réserve naturelle vaut largement le détour. Enfin, la paella cuisinée par Juan est un vrai délice, les oranges, les melons et les œufs sont une généreuse attention. Nous remercions chaleureusement Theresa et Juan pour leurs disponibilités, la gentillesse dont ils ont sus faire preuve. Spécial "thank so lot".... Nous vous souhaitons bon vent. Special appartment near Murcia centre

During Semana Santa 2014 we stayed a week at the home of Juan and Teresa. It is quiet, comfortable and has a special, cozy interior with a spacious terrace, all on the 1st floor. Nearby are public transport, plenty of shops and restaurants. Also, the lively old centre of Murcia is easily reached on foot, where you will find many cafes and beautiful museums. Juan is a friendly, excellent host and was very helpful. Not far from Murcia are (mountain) walking areas and ancient cities such as Cartagena, easily reached by car. In short: a recommendable place to stay!

Si bien la casa está fenomenal, con una decoración y una comodidad cuidada al detalle,lo mejor de esta casa es su dueño. Desde el primer momento se deshizo en atenciones y detalles, para que nuestra estancia fuese lo más cómoda y agradable posible. La situación de la misma, a escasos metros de la estación de tren de la ciudad y a 10 minutos andando del centro de la ciudad hacen de ella un lugar estupendo para pasar unos días en Murcia.
