Sehr schön!

Wirklich schöner Urlaub, sehr gute Einführung, sehr nette Begrüßung, immer erreichbar, wenn Fragen aufkommen, herrlicher Ausblick auf das Mittelmeer, rings herum keine weiteren Appartements, Olivenbäume, Feigen, Oleander, Zitronensäure, Loorbeerbäume....einfach schön für einen Erholungsurlaub. Die Strecke vom Strand, Mittelmeer, bzw. Imperia dauert mit dem Auto 10 Minuten und ist etwas kurvenreich, dafür entschädigt alles andere sehr. Wir sind total zufrieden. Danke!

bel posto, bella posizione, tranquillo, casa abbastanza grande, bel paesaggio, casa indipendente, circondata da alberi e verde. di negativo niente secchio né straccio per pulire il suolo, il cucino non è comodo per cucinare e le zanzare di notte che è una cosa normale vista la posizione della casa.

Vue belle mais à quel prix!

Certes la vue est belle mais à quel prix ! Le gîte est perché à 4kms dans les montagne , on y accède par des chemins très escarpés en frôlant la mort à chaque tournant en rencontrant des conducteurs peu courtois. Une jeune fille à peine majeure parlant à peine anglais encore moins le français nous conduit vers un gîte à deux niveaux. Le 1er est occupé par des vacanciers exubérants avec un chien bruyant pendant une semaine..On nous montre le Rez, certes spacieux mais complètement vieillot, douche avec moisissures, moustiquaire tenant avec des pierres, on sera dévoré par les moustiques durant le séjour. La cuisinière à gaz ne fonctionne pas, après un appel 3 jours après on parvient à avoir du gaz...La porte du frigo ne se ferme plus correctement, on perd toute la marchandise...Il n'y a aucune commodité originale, C'est totalement vétuste, porte insecurisee, voisinage bruyant(chiens, tracteurs....ça peut paraître calme mais c'est trompeur). L'agence contrairement à ce qui est précisé ne comprend pas un mot de francais, loyer totalement surfait...C'est la seconde fois que je suis déçu des logements présentés par homelidays et C'est toujours lorsqu'une agence présente le bien...Par ailleurs je trouve que le propriétaire devrait à l'instar du locataire offrir une garantie! Je déconseille également de louer 15 jours ...le risque est trop grand...Je pense que je ne repasserai pas par votre intermédiaire...

Wunderschöne Lage mit Blick auf das Meer und die Olivenhaine..

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Poggi sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt ruhig, etwas ausserhalb des Ortes mit großem Grund, unser Hund konnte frei herumlaufen. Auch im Haus gibt es genug Platz (sogar zwei Badezimmer), alles war sauber und hat funktioniert. Die Reservierung und der Kontakt zum Verwalter hat einwandfrei geklappt, obwohl wir sehr kurzfristig gebucht hatten (erst 3 Tage vor Anreise). Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Laden, wo wir jeden Morgen frische Panini holen waren, einmal pro Woche gibt es daneben im Restaurant Life-Musik. Zum Baden fuhren wir hinunter nach San Lorenzo al Mare (um diese Jahreszeit Ende September waren die Strände fast leer). Die Strasse von Porto Mauricio hinauf nach Poggi ist kurvenreich und stellenweise relativ schmal, aber auch mir großem Auto kein Problem (wenn nicht gerade der Bus entgegen kommt).

Idyllische Traumlage

Eine mit allem nötigen ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, viel Platz und Ruhe, wunderschöner Blick nach San Lorenzo al Mare.

ruhig und strandnah mit Meerblick

Im Oktober war das Klima sehr angenehm... keine Nacht unter 20 Grad, tagsüber angenehm bei 23 Grad, Meer schön warm. Keine Touristenmassen mehr, in der Hauptsaison vermutet voll. Direkt an der Hauptstrasse grosser Einkaufsmarkt. Agentur Alessio sehr nett. Matratzen sehr gut und Küchenausstattung gut. Inmitten von Olivenhainen und Artischockenfeldern. Über uns war die Wohnung leer. Fenster in einem Zimmer liess sich nicht öffnen. Bäder sauber und gut. Vier deutsche Fernsehsender gut empfangbar. Für uns war der Strand in San Lorenzo am schönsten. Richtung Civezza an der Capella Santa Brigida 2 sehr schöne Wanderungen ( Brückenwanderung und durch den Wald). Insgesamt sehr schöne Ferien! Danke.
