Poor house keeping standards

First impressions, were very Good modern, and well-appointed apartment, We arrived as a family of 4 and found only two coffee mugs in the cupboard, small issue soon resolved, the second issue was a roller blind that was up about 5 ft from the ground in a dormer window , and there was no cord to either open it or close it my wife and I are over 70 and need to stand on a chair to close the blind we decided just to leave it down most of the time then there was to cooker very dirty and not been cleaned for some time as a family we ate out most of the time so never used it we also noticed that there was no stair light coming on late at night and we had to use a torch to take my son's dog out late at some point someone put an opened letter under the door which turned out to be a debt collectors letter for the apartment asking for £1500 we left it for the staff, who would be in to clean the apartment I have to say that it does not fill us with confidence to book another apartment with you just at the moment ,however on saying all that, the 4 day stay was ok, except for the poor housekeeping, issues I have pictures if you would like to see them
