Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing due to several cleanliness and maintenance issues. On our first night, we found three cockroaches: two dead in different areas of the property and one crawling around. Although someone came by on the second day to do additional cleaning, we later found another cockroach in the kitchen. We also noticed hair on the kitchen mat, sticky pots that appeared not to have been properly washed, a dirty refrigerator door, and dusty, unclean closets and drawers that made us uncomfortable unpacking our clothes. Additionally, the guest bathroom door did not close properly, causing water to spill onto the floor when showering. We also found the listing’s description of the amenities misleading, as there is no pool or pickleball court on the property itself. Instead, guests must walk a couple of blocks to the community center to access these amenities. This distinction should be clearly communicated in the listing so guests know what to expect. These issues significantly affected our overall experience. The property has potential, but I strongly recommend a thorough cleaning and inspection before each guest’s arrival, ensuring that essential supplies are adequately stocked, everything is functioning properly, and the listing accurately represents the available amenities. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, we left feeling disappointed. Based on our experience, we would be hesitant to stay here again.
