Welcome! Our home away from home family friendly 1 bedroom apt has all your essential needs including smart TV with Netflix and USB charging ports. Just bring your clothes and you are good to go. Our 1/3 acre property has beautiful outdoor space with orchids, exotic plants, fruit trees & birds. Centrally located in the cool hills of Mandeville, we are just a few minutes from the town centre and Norther Caribbean University. Send us your grocery list and our housekeeper will make you great Jamaican meals, clean and laundry service at an extra charge. Taxis can be hailed at our gate or walk a few minutes to the ATM, supermarket, pharmacy, local market, churches, shopping centre, restaurants, bars, hospital and transportation hub to get across the island. Tours can be arranged for Appleton Rum Tasting Tour, Coffee factory, YS Falls, Milk River Spa, Community Tourism, historical sites hiking, watching the manatees and much more. We reside on property and are very willing to cater to your needs.

We live in the main house and breakfast is communal with all our guests. All guests are welcome to join us whenever we have "potluck" with our friends and family.
What makes this property unique
Continental breakfast - Choice of eggs any way including omelette, pancakes or hot cereal served with toast, coffee, tea and juice under lychee tree on front lawn/back patio 8.30AM-9.30AM. House Special - plantain or banana porridge. Please let us know what you would like as we can tailor to your needs. Jamaican breakfast US$10/pp.
