Three new Paddle North stand up paddle boards and two kayaks for your use.

Large Game Room/Family room space. Large table for everyone to sit and eat together inside and outside. Firepit on the beach and on the patio.

Pontoon available for rent. $900/stay.

100+ feet of sand beach on Lake Mary including a private 1 acre level yard. Amazing sunset view and located next to protected woodland.

Lake Mary is a premier Minnesota lake. 2300+ acres of quiet fully recreational lake. The lake stays clear all summer for swimming and many species of fish are always biting.

New Weber Propane grill on the back deck.

We do not charge a cleaning fee.

Patio, deck, screen porch and two private fire pits.

Propane fire table on the new lakeside deck.

Washer, dryer and Kitchen-aid dishwasher. All soaps provided.

Fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Granite Countertops. New wall oven. Crock pots, griddle, coffee pot, Cuisinart k-cup machine, Kitchen Aid coffee burr grinder, 2 drip coffee makers.

Lots of quality beach and bath towels, garbage sacks, laundry soap, dish soap, and dish washer soap all provided.

King bed in each of the 2 master suites, king in 3rd bedroom, 4 twins in bunk area and a queen in each of the other 2 bedrooms.

Dock with swings and beach chairs on the water. Sand toys. Chaise lounges. Hammocks.

2 Pack and plays and 2 high chairs provided.

Douglas County limits all rentals to a maximum of 12 occupants over the age of 5. We are able to allow up to 2 more under 5 years old. With 14 people being the maximum at Oriole Lodge.

Beautiful home

Beautiful updated home with all the amenities! Soft sheets and very comfortable beds and many great big fluffy beach towels. The paddle boards are great to use along the sand bar of the lake! Huge yard with multiple hammocks and loungers to accommodate everybody. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful lake house family gathering

This beach house was amazing for my large family! The location on the end of sand bar was safe for kids with no drop-offs in the lake and lots of privacy from neighbors. The kids also enjoyed the trucks and toys on the beach along with the new swings and play set! The house was beautiful, very clean, and well equipped with everything we needed to cook/grill. It was nice to have the extra game room for the kids to have a space when the sun goes down. We will be returning!

Lake Life at its best!

This cabin truely has everything you and your family will need for a cabin getaway. Beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. More than enough bath and beach towels. The yard is flat and perfect for yard games. Plenty of sun or shade throughout the day. Nice sandy beach and the water is very clear with a sandy bottom. The "game room" is where we spent all of our evenings together. Would definitely recommend and consider coming back!

Beautiful, miss it already

Perfect stay. Pictures are pretty but when you get there the real life is even better. Plenty of space for our group of 9, can fit more comfortably if needed. Erin and Eric were great communicators and so helpful. The home feels so secluded with trees all around. The kitchen is stocked! They really thought of every dish/cup you may need. Seasons room was great early morning and evening. Beds super comfy!! Home is modern and decorated nicely. Flat lawn leading out was great for yard games. Rocks on the shore when entering water but water shoes or sandals make it easy, really not an issue just mentioning so others know to pack some if that would bother you (we always bring them when we travel) once past entry it’s all sand. You can walk out forever (waist high on adults)! The kayaks and paddle board were enjoyed by all. Water depth Perfect for just wadding around. Fishing was great! Sunsets amazing. Large lake we brought our fishing boat as well for tubing and rented the pontoon which was perfect so we were all out together. Town has many restaurants, but kitchen is stocked so you can make every meal there and store your groceries in the 2 fridges. We enjoyed the winery and also Casey’s fun park and a movie on a cooler day. A wonderful stay! Highly recommended!!

Quiet time to relax and enjoy the beauty of Minnesota Lake Country

The property had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Alexandria. Great location close to town. Accommodations for up to 15 people. Home was well equipped with all that we needed. Beautiful lake with spacious back yard and sand beach. I Highly recommend the property to get away to enjoy a beautiful location.

Great cabin for large group

Comfortable cabin, plenty of room for large group. The extras made a difference, nice beds, game room was great for rainy days! The lake is shallow by shoreline, so we anchored boats out a bit, but it worked! Nice flat lot & beach shoreline, good clarity for MN lake!

Awesome lake home

We had a family get away with 10 adults and 5 children. Extremely clean lake home. 5 comfortable and welcoming bedrooms and a bunk area for the little ones. Open air deck and screened in porch were inviting spaces to enjoy the weather and beautiful sunsets. Kitchen big enough for 4 cooks to work together with 2 refrigerators. Level back yard was great to play a game of corn hole. Beach area was great with clear lake and shallow shoreline for easy access for swimming/water play for little ones. We appreciated the dock to tie off our boat and had success catching crappie, sunfish, walleye and bass. Game room was a bonus space that we enjoyed during a couple of rainy hours. We would recommend this home very highly! Erin is so nice, friendly and easy to reach when we had a couple questions. Would love to come back next year!

Excellent cabin getaway

What a great cabin and property! We enjoyed the clean home, well cared for outdoor spaces, and the sandy beach. Each bedroom had nice beds, nice pillows and bedding, and little touches that made it feel homey. We felt as though we were staying with a friend rather than a rental as fans, throw blankets, etc were all set out for our use. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and was plenty big enough for cooking meals together. We liked how open the space was so we could be flexible, as we had toddlers, preschoolers, adults, and grandparents. The game room was the favorite gathering space, and again we felt so welcomed with all the games, air hockey, extra space, and other unexpected items that made our stay great. The outdoor spaces were clean and cared for so that we could walk out and enjoy the view! The beach was sandy and safe for the kids to play in the water. They enjoyed splashing off the dock and the playing in the sand while we enjoyed the lounge chairs and swing. We really felt like this cabin had everything we needed and was so well cared for. We'd come back any time!

Nice property for 3 families - Bring water shoes...

The house and yard on the property was great for our 3 families (and 5 young grandchildren). The house had plenty of towels, kitchen accessories and space. It was nice to able to rent the pontoon. Also the paddle boards were nice for the bigger kids and a floating lily pad was a bonus for the young kids. It was close to Alexandria for shopping and eating out. There was a sandy level beach but the only negative was the zebra mussels - bring water shoes! Unfortunately we found out the hard way, the mussels are razor sharp on bare feet!

All the comforts of home, except better--sunsets, sandy beach, and baby kitties!

We had a wonderful weekend at your lake home celebrating my parents 55th anniversary! The home was beautiful, situated on the end of the street which was quiet. The lot to the lake was level and made very easy access for our family, young and old. Everything was very clean; it was so nice to have sheets and towels (and everything) provided. One very extra special bonus for us was baby kitties--10 days old when we arrived. The mommy cat from a neighbor had found a safe cupboard outside at this house to have her kitties. The owners were careful to ask if we would need them moved. But we wanted to let mommy and kitties to stay safe and stay put. They were so little and so cute; their eyes weren't even open! Anyway, it was a marvelous weekend--just the way one would hope a summer weekend at the cabin would be! Thank you!

Georgous Lake Home Vacation!

Pack your clothes and food and leave all the rest at home. This Beautiful home has it ALL!... 3 large bedrooms plus a larger bedroom with 4beds, a couch and TV area including a smart TV -kids love this room; fully equipped kitchen with all the necessities plus more - no need to bring dishtowels, washcloths, dish soap or dishwasher detergent... it's all there; out door grilling area with needed utensils; Landry room with washer and dryer - laundry soap too; Cozy family room with fireplace, TV, stereo, movies and board games; bathrooms are fully loaded with bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Large back yard shaded with beautiful trees -perfect for family yard games, napping in the hammocks (2), or a campfire -plenty of chairs and firewood provided; the best sandy beach on the lake, including sand toys, paddle boards, beach chairs, table, wooden swings and dock with pontoon (supplied with life vests)parked at the end; In the shed you will find all things needed for fishing -fishing poles, tackle, bait buckets, etc. Not only did this lake home have it all, it was immaculately clean. The unique floor plan features an open Kitchen/dinging/ Family room nice for visiting, but also separated bedroom areas for privacy. Oh, can't forget to mention the screen porch and deck area. The lot is just as beautiful as the home, large and private. We are a family of 7 and vacations are most often a great deal of work...not so with the Oriole Lodge. This was the easiest and most relaxing vacation! Erin and Eric are very accommodating and always available for any of your needs.

Great location with all the amentities!

The house is beautiful, clean and is ideal for two to three families. Includes three individual bedrooms and a large kids room with multiple beds, couch and a TV area for them to have their own space. We really enjoyed the sand beach and paddle boards. Close to town so that you can enjoy shopping and other attractions. The owners really have thought of everything. The kitchen had all of the amenities we needed.

Perfect Family Reunion

Myself and my two brothers brought our families to this beautiful home for a family get together. Each couple enjoyed a well-appointed bedroom while the six cousins (ages 6-12) loved being together making memories in the separate bunk room. The well appointed home was the most well-equipped house I have ever rented - literally everything you may need was provided including clothes washer/dryer. The house sits at the south end of the lake on a lot that provides complete privacy. A lovely 100 yard long yard stretches from the house to the shore where we played bocce/croquet/bags and made smores at the fire pit. At the end awaits a newly created sand beach and a dock. The lake has a sandy bottom with a gentle slope and the kids can walk out >50 yards and frolick. Gorgeous sunsets await. The included boat provided had some issues but Eric immediately replaced with a pontoon which for us worked out perfectly.
