Quiet location ,peaceful, spacious and light .Pool good size and outdoor area fine.Few points that need to address as follows Beds not so comfortable, need new comfy mattresses. Need to supply table mats and coasters . In kitchen need some small paring knives to use. Desperate need for English channels on the TV only had sky news. Relaxing stay ,parking for car ok.

Winter Stay 2022

The property is as described and located in a quiet residential area and is surrounded by vacation villas that were empty during our stay. Slight downside is that the internet is poor and the WiFi signal is low strength so doesn't reach all of the property. The satellite TV has few English speaking channels that are news based only which is problematic for those long stays. We would highly recommend the owner investing in cable system for TV/internet as it is readily available in this location. Overall we had a great stay, the agent resolved minor problems such as the oven not working properly quickly replacing it with a new item. The aircon heating system was quite effective and sufficient for a Winter stay.

Casa cómoda, muy limpia y en una zona agradable y tranquila Los enseres para cocinar son un poco escasos. La gravilla del jardín es incómoda en los pies.

Ubicación, casa bonita acogedora, aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. Mantenimiento piscina mas frecuente, pues bañadores y toallas con verdin, , colocar mosquiteras, cambiar cortinas baños, cajones y armarios olor a humedad

Heerlijk vakantieverblijf

De woning is zoals op de foto's, prima. Heerlijk zwembad (8×4), goede keuken, badkamers zijn voldoende, de WiFi is prima in de woonkamer, op het terras en bij het zwembad. Er is voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Het centrum van Javea is 5 minuten met de auto. Enige is dat wij er 14 dagen zaten en geen schone handdoeken oid kregen. Er zit een wasmachine in het huis maar ja, die wil je zo weinig mogelijk gebruiken natuurlijk. Het is wel vakantie. Wij hebben ons heerlijk vermaakt.
