Amazing views

Great views, great very clean pool and pool area. nice rooms with aircondition every vhere. beatiful barbecue area. kitchen with everything and plenty of it. Refrigiator whas also great at keeping everything nice and cool. In short : We loved the house.

Fantastic villa!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa. It is clean and extremely well equipped. The outside space is lovely, we particularly liked the bbq area. The pool is lovely although quite deep at one end which may be an issue with small children. The view is lovely. Location perfect, supermarkets fairly close and a short drive into Moraira. The couple that manage the property were lovely. I think the only criticism was the pillows, they are not proper pillows! Other than that it was perfect and we would definitely like to return.

Lovely Villa in Stunning Location

Lovely, well equipped villa in a fabulous, quiet location between Javea and Moraira. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we could need and there were pool and beach equipment and games available. The location was great but does require the use of a car unless you're extremely fit as it is very hilly and dark at night times. The nearest shops were 10 minutes away by car. Not a moan but i think its important to note, the listing states three bedrooms but the third is only available when booking (and paying for) for 5+ people as it is in a separate apartment, whilst this wasn't clear in the listing and we were travelling with a teenager and his mum so they needed their own space, the property manager was very helpful and offered us a solution. Also be aware of late check in fees (these are disclosed by email after booking) in case of a late flight or, like in our case a delayed flight. There was also no drinking water left which is fine, but make sure you stop and get some before you arrive as if arriving late it can be hard to find anywhere open. We had a fabulous stay and would definitely return to stay again.

Die Unterkunft war gut. Mein Wunsch, dem Weihnachts- und Silvestertrubel in Deutschland zu entfliehen ging 100 % in Erfüllung. Dort war von Weihnachten nichts und von Silvester wenig zu spüren. Leider spielte das Wetter nicht mit. Es war überwiegend wolkig und regnerisch. Temperaturen maximal 15C, so dass ich den Pool nicht nutzen konnte. Bewertung daher nur nach Gefühl und Anschein.

Frank Euteneuer, Buschgasse 54, 53332 Bornheim, Mobil 015159475426, Mail euteneuer.f@gmail.comLeider hatten wir in unmittelbarer Nähe unserer Finca 2 Wochen eine Baustelle wo ein Haus abgerissen wurde. Dadurch war der Krach und Lärm im Poolberreich nur sehr eingeschränkt zu benutzen. Die Hausverwaltung war sehr gut, das Haus sehr sauber und der Service der Hausverwaltung war sehr gut. Leider hat halt die Baustelle in den zwei Wochen unseren Urlaub im Ausenbereich tagsüber sehr gestört, so das wir in den ersten zwei Wochen die Finca leider nicht im Ausenbereich genießen konnten.Es gibt auch ein Video über den Lärm der Baustelle, aber man kann ja nur Fotos und keine Videos von dem Urlaub mit anhängen. Aber Benitatxell ist am Cumbre del Sol ein sehr schöner Platz an der Costa Planca.Mit freundlichen GrüßenFrank Euteneuer

Nous avons été très agréablement surpris. La location correspond à 100% à la description , les photos sont correctes et reflètent la réalité. La personne sur place est très gentille et accueillante. C est vraiment une location que je recommande. Ils ont à disposition vraiment beaucoup de choses, matériel, première nécessité etc... Le cadre est idyllique et vous être à proximité de toutes les commodités. Bravo au propriétaire se sont des personnes correctes!

Beautiful villa and location

We have just returned from a wonderful week at this villa. There is absolutely nothing I can fault. The view is absolutely stunning, takes your breath away every day. There is everything you could need in the villa, air conditioning in every room, even the bathroom! There are no English TV stations just so you are warned, but this did not bother us at all. A DVD player would have been a nice addition as we had very bad weather so films might have been nice, but I can't imagine anybody would want TV in good weather!! Everything was very comfortable and very well equipped - excellent sunbeds and umbrella, beautiful pool which was maintained twice during the week. The gardens all the way round the villa are beautifully kept and landscaped and there is a wonderful outdoor BBQ to be used. The agent that met us on arrival was very friendly and there were no problems with key hand overs. We did lots of sightseeing including Altea, Javea, Calpe and of course Moraira - and it is well worth the long walk down to Cala Moraig beach below Cumbre del Sol - drive down from the villa and park, then walk the rest of the way - lovely beach bar down there to get you ready for the long walk back up the hill! Worth knowing in advance there is no cash point on the urbanisation, only in Teulada, and we never found one working! The Pepe le Sal supermarket onsite was very good and there is also a shop selling lilos and beach good etc. We will definitely return and hope for better weather next time! But can't wait to see that view again every day. Many thanks to the owners for making it such a comfortable and pretty place to stay.

Immer wieder ein voller Genuss...

Ich bin nicht der große Schreiber, aber kurz und bündig kann ich sagen: Das gesamte Haus und alles Drumherum ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet, sei es die Innenausstattung der Schlafräume, Küche, Bad oder Wohnzimmer. Der eigene Pool mit Außendusche und auch die diversen Sitzgruppen, die sich über das Grundstück verteilen, sind ein purer Genuss. Wir haben unsere drei Wochen von Anfang an genossen, nicht zuletzt, da wir zu den "Wiederholungstätern" zählen und genau wußten, was uns erwartet. Viel, vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.
