This area leads out to a balcony or terrace. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm wide and 200 cm long, also providing access to a balcony or terrace.

The open kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, an electric coffee machine, and Nespresso capsules (extra cost). The bathroom features a shower and toilet. Underfloor heating is available throughout the apartment, and the floors are parquet.
