Absolutely delightful. So comfortable home from home could live there . The garden is a.azing andvits so peaceful. Lovely place for a holiday and a few days break.
A delightful cottage, spotlessly clean. Very well equipped and homely. We made full use of the beautiful relaxing garden. A great base to explore North Norfolk.
The property was exactly what we needed for our pilgrimage to Walsingham. It felt so homely and was super comfortable. The garden was enormous and caught us by surprise! We'd love to return.

As visiting Australian's, this was our first stop after leaving London. What a delightful cottage! We particularly loved the conservatorium and the beautiful gardens. A great base for exploring the Norfolk region. Highly recommend.
We were really pleased with the property as it had everything that we needed for our visit. It is a lovely home in a nice quiet location. We were disappointed, however, to find that the kitchen was not clean as we would expect from a VRBO letting. Our first hour or so was spent cleaning. We hope that we left things better behind us. That aside, we would not hesitate to book Oak Tree Cottage again in the future.

Hi David many thanks for your positive comments of our home and we are so pleased that you enjoyed your stay . Regarding your comments about the cleaning you may recall that you arrived very early before the arrival time and our cleaner hadn't even had a chance to clean the house. She did however worked around you the best she could understand the circumstances. Best wishes Michelle
