Fantastic communication before our stay, and very thankful to be allowed an extra person at late notice.Lovely location, and enjoyed the pool. Just a couple of things we noticed, which were tiny and did not inconvenience us. Just pointing them out in case they've been missed:The coat hook rack on the wall by from door: It falls out the wall should you attempt to hang anything but keys. The shower downstairs: The drainage may have a block, as the tray fills up quickly. The DVD Player: May be a disc stuck in it. Couldn't get it open. Thanks for a great Xmas stay! All the best.Alex

Thank you so much for your kind words and for taking the time to leave such thoughtful feedback. We’re really pleased to hear you enjoyed the location, the pool, and that you had a great Christmas stay overall. We also really appreciate you flagging the small maintenance items. Thank you for pointing them out so helpfully — we’ll get the coat hook securely fixed, check the downstairs shower drainage, and take a look at the DVD player to see what’s going on there. It’s always helpful to know about these things so we can address them promptly. Thanks again for staying with us and for being such considerate guests. We’d be delighted to welcome you back in the future.
