"La Fétuque Crin d'Ours" is a beautiful family home with modern and neat facilities. New construction in 2016 with PMR standards and new energies. Aerothermal heating. Exterior heat pump giving underfloor heating for the ground floor. Very appreciable to have warm feet.
Located at 246, rue de Rang du Fliers (quiet), close to the Parc de Bagatelle (2 min).
At 2 steps from the shops and the sea, 6 kms from Berck Plage and 7 km from Le TOUQUET.
The beach of Merlimont is located at 5,3 km, that is to say, 20 min by bike.....
Our house is very comfortable, south facing, including :
On the ground floor :
- Large fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, catalytic oven, microwave, dishwasher, sink 1 ½ basin, coffee maker Classic, refrigerator-freezer, kettle, kitchenware with utensils...
- Living area with a large table for up to 8 people, buffet...
- Lounge area with a 5-seater sofa, coffee table, pouffes, and flat-screen TV with all TNT channels.
- Bathroom with Italian shower, washbasin, WC, hairdryer and washing machine.
- Garage for 1 car and 2 private parking spaces outside.
On the 1st floor, the night part includes 3 beautiful rooms of 14m2, 2 of which with 1 bed of 2 persons 160*200, wall cupboard, velux with blind and 1 with 1 bed of 2 people 140x190, wall cupboard, skylight with electric shutters. 1 bathroom with bath and WC
