Near the Marquenterre, between the Baie de Somme and the Baie d'Authie. <br>* The cottage is never overheated. No need for air conditioning.<br>On one level (60m2), it benefits from a very pleasant private planted garden and ideal for relaxing at the back of my 1100m property in complete privacy - Enclosed parking <br><br> Our huge and beautiful sandy beach is easily accessible on foot (15/20mm) or quickly by bike (7mm)!<br><br>Quend Plage les pins is "a small seaside resort" ideally nestled on the edge of the MARQUENTERRE just next to FORT-MAHON-BELLE DUNE between the BAIE DE SOMME to the south and its little sister the BAIE D'AUTHIE to the north; which will allow you to discover the whole region.<br><br> IDEAL ENVIRONMENT FOR HIKERS (on foot or by bike) AND FOR LOVERS OF THE SEA AND THE GREAT OUTDOORS. A superb fine sandy beach of more than 20 km (up to the Baie de Somme) bordered by an exceptional dune massif suitable for walking while breathing the iodized air, swimming, sand yachting (schools open all year round). The lights are always changing and wonderful in all seasons.
