I believe this is a fairly new property but it already start showing some signs of age. It’s so close to the beautiful beach with warm, friendly check-in staff. There’s 24/7 free laundry access which is super convenient for the families. However the room appeared always humid even with air conditioning on probably due to the location of the property.

Great Accommodation for visiting the north of Sardinia. Vehicle needed for shopping and Restaurants and Days out .Beaches within walking distance but if visiting at peak times you’ll need to book access to the beach months in advance as you can not get the daily ones as they go instantly. Stintino Harbour is great for booking a boat trip and it had good restaurants and bars in the town too . Take your own beach towels or you can hire them 5 euros from reception and wash in the free laundry.Would have been nice to have a change of the supplied towels in the week but I guess that’s what the laundry is there for .A welcome pack would have been nice ie a few provisions ie milk tea bags and shower gel and maybe some condiments in the kitchen so make sure you take what you need before you can get to the supermarket.They do give you two bottles of water and four coffee pods to use but that’s it . The outdoor pool is nice and quiet and clean and there is loads of sun loungers .All in all well worth the money and the host was more than helpful with everything.

Die Beschreibung und Bilder versprechen genau das, was man bekommt. Eine schöne Anlage, die an einem unterschönem Strand gelegen ist. Leider nur der Check-In um 17 Uhr war spät. Sonst alles super!

Schöner Aufenthalt im Oktober

Wie sind sehr zufrieden, sehr freundliches Personal und modernes Ambiente. Die Lage ist top, zu Fuß zum Strand und zu der schönen beachbar in der Nähe. Strand und Parkplätze am Strand sind kostenpflichtig. Räume sehr hell, etwas zu klein und sehr wenig Ablage. Son

Super Lage für Strand La Pelosa

Es war alles in Ordnung, der Strand war super zu erreichen. Checkin- und Servicepersonal waren sehr hilfsbereit. Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich toll gewesen, die Küche hätte etwas besser ausgestattet werden können und man könnte vielleicht noch die ein oder andere Abstellmöglichkeit (z.B. Regale) in der Wohnung vorsehen.

Top Adresse für Sardegna

Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl in der Capo Falcone Anlage. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unsere Wünsche wurden berücksichtigt. Excellent! Das Appartement ist sehr gut aufgeteilt, hell, freundlich und praktisch inklusive grosser Terrasse mit Ausblick auf den Torre. Swimming Pool Top. Selbst kostenlose Waschmaschinen können genutzt werden. Der Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

résidence neuve mais des améliorations pourraient être faites

Joli complexe, très très propre, et bien fleuri, calme, agréable. Personnel très sympathique, belle piscine, maître nageur aimable. Appartements neufs (un an), et pourtant literie inconfortable... Quelques améliorations à revoir : manque d'étagères dans la salle de bains et de porte manteaux et d'un support pour le sèche-cheveux resté dans sa boîte ! Vaisselle trop juste : manque des verres à vin et doubler le nombre d'assiettes et de couverts serait appréciable pour éviter de faire tourner le lave-vaisselle à moitié vide. Absence d'épingles pour accrocher le linge. Nuisances sonores (musique tous les soirs jusqu'à 23h30 à l’hôtel d'en face). Clim qui ne descend pas en-dessous de 25 degrés. Il serait bien de préciser dans l'annonce qu'il faut impérativement réserver ses places pour accéder à la plage LA PELOSA car grosse déception pour nous, pas possible d'y accéder avant 18h, car complet jusqu'à fin août, or nous avions choisi cet appartement exprès car situé à côté de la PELOSA.

Decisión acertada

Ideal para pasar unos días. El apartamento cumple con todas las necesidades. Todos tienen parking. La piscina espectacular. A 3 min andando de la mejor playa de Cerdeña, la Pelosa. A 3 minutos en coche, en el bonito y tranquilo pueblo de Stintino podrás hacer tus compras para el día a dia, donde también podrás ir a cenar. De 45 min a 1 hora tienes Alguer población que has de visitar por la noche. Tiene vida infinita y es muy bonita. Si quieres comer una pizza de 1m te recomiendo el restaurante Poco Loco. Calidad precio excepcional
