GARDEN FLOOR: Living room with a sofa-bed for two pesons, kitchenette, 1 double bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, 1 bedroom with a French bed, 2 bathrooms with shower.
Accessories: fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, TV.
Outside: Garden, swimming pool, shower.
Activities and services nearby: Nearest beach 'Le Saline', Stintino 5 Km, Tourism bathing, water sports, boat trips, excursions Asinara island.
The villa is located in a residential complex. Public bus connection with the center of the country.
Distances: 5 km Stintino, Porto Torres (port) 30 km, 47 Km Sassari, Alghero (airport) 55 km, Castelsardo 61 km, Olbia (port and airport) 146 Km.

Late arrival: arrivals after 20.00 = 40 euros. Arrivals after 4:00 = 50 euros.
On arrival guests have to leave a 200 euros security deposit for waste disposal. This deposit will be refunded on departure if the garbage will be managed following the rules of the Municipality and the residual garbage will be bring to the collector center.
