Welcoming, value for money and very comfortable.

Firstly, my welcome was first class. Damien on reception emailed me to let me know my room was ready early. He was then very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable upon check in. The room was a great size with comfortable pillows, a well thought out bathroom and everything I could need. Only negative was the blinds let a lot of light in so had to buy a face mask. Small price to pay for everything else though. Extremely happy and looking forward to returning next week.

A wonderful place to stay in Liverpool

Everything was great! Check in was easy. The room was very nice, the bathroom large, a well equipped kitchen and the bed was comfortable. Plus there’s a washer and dryer in the building. The staff could not have been more welcoming!

Highly recommended

Excellent place to stay for visiting Liverpool. Reasonable price, 10 mins walk max to Lime Street station. Clean, quiet and spacious. Only stayed for 1 night but could easily have stayed longer. Great place for breakfast next door Bekas café. Check in instructions worked well, no hesitation at all in recommending this place
