QUIET CITY MODERN FLAT CLOSE TO LIME ST STATION / ROYAL HOSPITAL /EMPIRE THEATRE
Relax in my stylish apartment, just a short stroll from Liverpool's central attractions, a quieter part of the city centre, just outside of the main hustle & bustle.
A small modern open plan flat that is clean, cosy & well furnished, with functional spaces. The main living area has a sofa bed, TV/Netflix and dining table, whilst the kitchen has all of the appliances you'll need.
Easy walking distance to Lime Street train station, St George's Hall, & Liverpool's world class museums & galleries
The space
Ideally located for those who are working in the Liverpool Empire Theatre, Liverpool University, School of Tropical Medicine or the Royal Liverpool Hospital . (If you are coming for work at the Liverpool Empire Theatre please let me know as I will be able to leave the keys for you with the Empire receptionist).
Relax with a freshly made cappuccino on my charming Juliette balcony, while catching gorgeous views of the sun set over this beautiful city. Stylish, modern, central and secure apartment that you will feel comfortable staying in. Consisting of a main bedroom with double bed, and a neat open plan lounge/kitchen area with flatscreen TV & Amazon Firestick with movies & DVD collection, plus a fashionable sofa and family dining table.
It is a small compact studio apartment, so please note that there is no door between the lounge and bedroom/kitchen, only a partition wall. It's a modern open plan layout. Those that require a larger space would be advised to book somewhere else.
Note:- We want our guests to be as comfortable as possible, so we decided to invest in a high quality mattress custom made to our requirements by a local expert! It is a special grade pocket sprung mattress that is of hotel standard.
The flat is within a quiet, residential complex. My place is a great choice of location for travellers who are arriving at Liverpool's main train station Lime Street, which is only a few minutes walk away. Upon arriving, the apartment is easily accessible by elevator, so no need for guests to struggle to climb any stairs with heavy luggage!
It's an easy walk down the street to enjoy the heritage sites of the iconic St George's Hall, the fantastic Walker Art Gallery and eclectic World Museum which are situated further down London road. The famous Empire Theatre is also just around the corner along with the Liverpool Academy concert venue and St John's shopping centre and memorial gardens.
Upon returning to my flat to relax in the quieter sector of the city centre, weary travellers can enjoy using the fantastic Tassimo coffee machine which easily makes instant fresh premium quality Cappucinos, Lattes, Americanos and other hot drinks, plus you can relax in front of the 32 inch LED Widescreen TV with my added Firestick and Plex account that has thousands of movies and many other on demand TV channels, or watch my DVD collection, utilise the radio, washing machine, fridge, hair dryer, iron and just about everything else you'd hope to find.
As it is a residential apartment block and compact size flat, it is more suited towards single people, couples, business people or small families. It is also a NO outdoor shoes property (I advise you to bring a pair of slippers to wear inside).
There is a shower room equipped with electric shower and stocked with toiletries.
There is a quality double bed in the cosy bedroom, plus the living room sofa.
Please note that the building is residential and quiet internally, but outside is a main road, so expect some traffic noise as you are within the city centre of Liverpool. Ear plugs can be provided, but guests who require zero traffic noise may wish to book elsewhere.
For guests who are unable to book this place, or need a flat with zero traffic noise, or wish to be closer to the University precinct area of the city centre, I highly recommend my other listing - 2 bedroom apartment on Minster Court that is very quiet, spacious and homely and has free secure private parking.
Guest access
I will leave you to enjoy full access to the whole apartment, including TV & my full Plex and Emby movies account, coffee machine, tea, shower, wardrobes, drawers etc.
I'll message you prior to check-in with instructions of how to gain access to the apartment. We will agree on a specific check in time between 2pm - 10pm, and check-out is 10.30am or earlier.
ADDITIONAL RULES
Check out time is 10.30AM or earlier
On the day you arrive it is very important to please keep me updated on your whereabouts and to be accurate as possible with your agreed arrival time.
Please remove your shoes when you enter my flat (bring slippers to wear inside if you want).
Guests will be treated with care respect and I expect the same in return. All I ask is that you treat my home as if it was your own and that you clean it and leave it as you found it ready for the next guests :)
VERY Important! : This is a residential apartment block, and is not suitable for parties or events, so please be considerate to the neighbours who will have work in the morning, or have children sleeping. By all means go out and have a good time, but please come and go quietly as there is a noise curfew after 10pm. Don't allow any doors to slam shut. Any complaints from the neighbours will be taken seriously and may result in cancellation of your stay.
Please do not allow strangers to enter after you and please make sure the main entrance door is properly shut behind you.
You are not permitted to bring any unbooked guests or other people back to the apartment without my prior permission, and note that it's NOT suitable for gatherings/parties!
Please bring with you your Government issued ID that you used to make the booking and present it upon arrival (for every guest).
You can smoke or vape outside only. Please don't smoke out of the Juliette balcony.
You must NOT burn candles or incense in the property. (And they will set off the smoke alarm) And strictly no charging of Electric bikes or scooters inside the flat as this is also a fire hazard.
And please be careful when closing the bedroom window, there is a safety catch on the left which must be pressed when trying to close it.
No food to be consumed in the bedroom please.
Please keep the shower curtain inside the tray when showering to prevent water spillage onto the bathroom floor.
Please note that there is a high step up onto the shower so guests with mobility issues or elderly would be advised to book elsewhere.
Please carefully look after the keys and electric fob, they are expensive to replace and a fee will have to be charged for losing them. When you finally check out, please leave the keys on the table and pull the door shut.
Treat my apartment clean and tidy at all times and most importantly - enjoy your time in the city! :)

Why they chose this property
The neighbourhood is very central.
Lime Street train station is just a couple of minutes walk.
There is a Tesco store on the same corner for your groceries and essentials which is open every day till 11pm. There are also a variety of takeaways and other stores available on London road.
Walk further down London road and you will be heading into the heart of the city centre and all of the attractions this wonderful city has to offer. My advice would be to explore, you will find lots of special and unique spots and sites here!
