Heating and hot water is produced by a biomass boiler, rainwater harvesting is used for non-potable water requirements. Interior features have been created by local craftsmen using antique and reclaimed materials. Located in a working yard, Jim's Antiques Salvage and Timber. Off road and secure parking is available to guests.
Horizon Barn bedroom has a full height gable end window with an amazing view, a double bed and a free standing roll top bath looking out over the Lincolnshire Wolds. There is a separate toilet and washbasin upstairs.
Downstairs there is a small entrance way, a well equipped kitchen and a log stove for cooking, heating and an extra cosy atmosphere. There is also underfloor heating.
Bi-fold doors open into a private outside area with BBQ, table and chairs.
