Beautifully presented cottage, lovely homely feel. Great location just between Woodhall Spa and Horncastle and not too far from Lincoln too. Lots places to visit nearby even though u are in the middle of nowhere with a fantastic view.

Very warm and cosy, ell equipped, found spiral staircase easy.

Very warm and cosy, ell equipped, found spiral staircase easy. Toilets & showers up and down. A few nice towns within 4 miles. Lots of antique shops & places to eat. As we went in February, National trusts were closed. Would be a great place to stay in the spring to Autumn.

Wonderful

Great location and property / just be aware that one of the two bedrooms is open plan- wasn’t really clear on the description but we should have looked closer at the photos. . Despite this would definitely visit again
