The views of the emerald green gulf, from the 3 balconies, are AWESOME. The home’s interior is SPECTACULAR which includes an elevator, an unbelievable trim package, top of the line cabinets, top of the line kitchen appliances, all granite counter tops, beautiful travertine and wood floors, wet bar with sink and refrigeration in “both” master bedrooms, etc. This is truly a home for people with discriminating taste.
Enjoy free seasonal beach service- 2 FREE Beach Set-Ups! (seasonal 3/1-11/30).
As noted above this home sleeps up to 16 people which is ideal for several families. The house includes two (2) master bedrooms with 'king' size beds. Also, two (2) other bedrooms include 'king' beds. A bunkroom includes two (2) queens and two (2) twins. There is also a pullout queen bed in the 2nd floor living area. The home has three (3) floors and three (3) balconies. Don’t worry about climbing stairs; in that, there is an elevator.
Sonos speakers inside and outside! Smart TVs in each bedroom and living room!
The first floor includes a master bedroom and a bunk room. The master bedroom includes a refrigerated wine bar and private bath and a smart TV. The master bedroom leads directly onto the first floor balcony, with a splash pool (heating optional for an additional fee) and direct entry to the beach. The bunkroom includes two (2) queens and two (2) twins and smart TV. The first floor also includes an oversized washer & dryer.
The second floor includes a gourmet kitchen and beautiful living & dining room with a queen size sofa sleeper and smart TV, opening to the second floor balcony which has a MILLION dollar view of the emerald green waters and your private beach. The second floor also has a guest bedroom (king size bed), smart TV and full bath.

The third floor has the second master bedroom with king bed, a smart TV, private bathroom with a whirl pool bath, separate shower, two (2) sinks and refrigerator & sink. The bedroom adjoins a balcony providing breath taking views and sunsets. The third floor also has a guest bedroom, with king size bedding, smart TV and a full bath.

This townhouse is a part of the Frangista community which has a neighborhood pool. The pool is one street over from the townhouse. Within approximately ½ mile (short walk) of the townhouse, there are five (5) restaurants, a convenience store, beach store, coffee shop, wine store, and rental bikes/scooters. Silver sands outlet mall, with over 100 stores, is less than 2 miles. You will love the location!

Strictly enforced- Minimum rental age is 25 and identification is required to check in. We do not rent to college students. This property is strictly for family rentals.

This is the first stay where we had access to the property manager. The managers were extremely helpful and accommodating! The house had plenty of room for our extended family. It was clean and very well stocked. I highly recommend this beachfront home!

Such a beautiful house - the elevator actually proved to be very useful, hauling luggage up three flights stairs didn't sound fun. The view is second to none - access to the beach is unparalleled. You literally walk out your porch down some steps and there you go. Julie, the property manager, was always available, always helpful, always kind, and always accommodating. I will gladly stay here again.

Great family vacation home

This place was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 4 children. The kitchen is well equipped and there is plenty of space to spread out and relax. We are making plans to return next year!

We had a wonderful time on our girls trip. It was the perfect amount of beach time, chill time, shopping time, going out in the evening time…. The location of the house was wonderful! Close to everything, not far from other beaches and right on the beach. Highly recommend!

My parents, my wife, and our children all had the best week at this property. The view and access to the beach is amazing, the elevator was very helpful to those who needed it, and our experience was pretty close to perfect. Amazing Experience

Our stay at this home was absolutely perfect for our family of eight! The elevator made everything so convenient, and the heated splash pool was a fantastic touch. The location was ideal—close to plenty of attractions within walking distance, yet the beach remained peaceful and uncrowded. But the true highlight of our experience was the host, Julie. She was incredibly responsive, answering all of our questions promptly, and her hospitality was unmatched. If I could give her six stars, I absolutely would!

Beach beauty and convenience!

Spring break with multi generations…perfect beach front access and view! The new nursing mommy and great grandma could both easily enjoy the beauty of the beach without feeling left out. The elevator was a welcome savior. The home is well built and maintained and Julie is the best!

Exactly what we were looking for, far as beach is concerned not crowded short walk to water. The pool is just across the street if you could walk straight across however it is a half block that you have to walk around to get to it. The place is nice. The host was great Quick response. Parking is tight if you have large vehicles

This beach condo is well maintained and beautifully decorated. We had a issue with the clothes dryer not working and told manager. Within 24 hours a brand new Maytag was delivered from Lowes. Beautiful view from all 3 balconies. Would stay again with no worries!

Dream Vacation!

This was by far the most wonderful vacation ever! Marsha made every detail special. What a wonderful, thoughtful person to deal with. The house was beautiful. The beach was beyond compare!! My husband is not a beach lover, but he even hated to leave. Can't wait until next year. It is a perfect place for my young grandchildren. The restaurants are great and so is the shopping! Slice of Heaven

We were all very impressed with the property and the location. Julie was great to work with. My granddaughters loved the heated splash pool outside their parents room. The ice maker in the kitchen kept up with us which was great! Each floor has its own thermostat which really helped us all stay comfortable. We walked to Pompano Joes and several ice cream spots. A Circle K is very close too for those late night cravings. We’ll be back!

I recently stayed at the Emerald Embrace Beach House in Miramar Beach, and it was pure perfection! Great Beach House!

My family and I had a great week at this house! The house was beautiful and having a private section of the beach kept the area from being overcrowded. Julie was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the trip. The only couple of downsides we had was the front of the house is on the street, there was the occasional loud golf cart/car. That's to be expected with the time of year though, so it wasn't a major issue. I also wish the kitchen would have been a little more stocked with more trash bags/dishwasher pods/kitchen seasonings since we were there for so many days - but there are so many grocery stores nearby when you need something. I would recommend this house to anyone who has a large family that needs space and wants to be right on the water!

Beautiful beach house for extended family vacation

The house was beautiful and laid out very nice for multiple families to stay together but still have their own space with bedrooms with all king beds and bathrooms. The only downside for us was a lack of outlets for electronics and night stand fans/lights in the kids bunk room. The family room area is small for a house that sleeps 14 people. But not really an issue if you have good weather and spend your time in the balconies or at the beach. The beach and access to beach were perfect and having the outside shower to hose off all the sand was really convenient. Not ideal to have the beach access from the house through a bedroom. Most of us ended up going out the front door and around so we weren’t going through our other families bedroom. It’s a shame the house next door has not been maintained like the others. It appeared vacant and not maintained or kept. The beach service was an added bonus to have setup and ready for us everyday. The location is perfect. Halfway between Whale tail and Pompano Joe’s, provided fun walks to beach bars for lunch/drinks and dinner. Also enjoyed the close walk to Dairy Queen for dessert. We would go back in a heartbeat.
