6 bedroom 5.5 Bath 4000 SQ FT Avalon Beach Estates front row beach home with private heated pool.

Stunning unobstructed beach views just 1-2 min walk past 3 houses and scenic gulf dr. to the sand at the private beach entrance of Avalon Beach Estates. Gorgeous newly decorated and painted home comes with a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with outdoor gas BBQ just outside. Every room has brand new high end furniture, top of the line mattresses, and linens.

Included is full service setup of 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas at the beach March-October.

Wifi throughout and every room has new Smart HDTV's with Live Youtube TV, and Netflix.

5 of the 6 bedrooms have their own private en suite bathrooms. Outdoor Shower by pool.

Great stay!

We had a really great stay. The kids loved the pool and we loved the short walk to the beautiful beach. House is very pretty and huge. Communication with the host was fantastic!

Great location to the beach and plenty of room in the house. It needs some minor upkeep and fixes but overall a great place to stay. Communication with the management company was easy and they responded quick.I would definitely stay again!One note, it says hot tub, but there is no hot tub.

Our family greatly enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect with fantastic views of the ocean. The house was very clean and up to date with entertainment. The pool was clean and the set up outside was perfect to enjoy days by the pool with the sound of the ocean. You can clearly see the ocean from the pool area. The walk to the beach was 3-5 minutes. There are people on staff that set up beach chairs and umbrellas for you so your spot is 'reserved' at the beach. We plan to come back again!

Beautiful house, great location. All amenities needed. Great check in and responsiveness of host.House could use a little love and up keep. Understand it is a full rental property so no one lives there. Little things need up keep. Would stay again.

Ocean view for miles!

If you need a house for all of your crew, this is the place to set up camp! 6 bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms, lots of space to spread out! Private pool and views of the ocean worth booking for! It was a great home for our Florida vacay! Thanks for having us!

The perfect family vacation!

This house is gorgeous and perfectly located. We had 7 adults and 2 children and had more than enough space! It was perfect. We will definitely be back. The private beach made this even better!

Beach trip

We have traveled together for 13 years now and usually do the Orange Beach area, but wanted to try something new. We had a great time in Miramar. The house was perfect for our families and kids! So much space and a great layout. Communication with the host was great, too. Super easy walk to the beach. Great views. Really nice vacation!

family vacation

The house was very nice and the view was beautiful! We would definitely come back. A few issues but nothing huge, they were easily resolved. 2 updates needed, the gas grill barely got hot and very rusty/dirty so we were not able to use it & the refriderator/freezer had a hard time keeping cold.

Didn't want to leave

It was fantastic to arrive to the house and see the ocean out of almost every room. It truly is fantastic. Having the heated pool option was wonderful. The house is so close to the beach we didn't even really pack anything going out in the morning going as we could run back to the house. Lunch was very easy to run back for. Also the private beach provides umbrellas and chairs which made it even more convenient. The appliances all work nicely very cold Refrigerator and Central Air work very nicely. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out and although a little difficult to walk to stores they are a very short drive with plenty of parking. We didn't use the bunk bed area. There is a road that runs behind the house which we were initially concerned about, but the house is well insulated you don't even notice as well is not much traffic after 8pm anyway. It was very nice to have our meals in the house on the patio looking at the ocean as well as wonderful restaurant on the beach walking distance to the North. We ended up extending our stay one more day which the management company made very easy. Non of the kids wanted to leave.

Lovely house

The home was to die for. It was beautiful and walking out the room to the balcony and seeing the oven view was so beautiful. I enjoy myself and will come back and stay again.

Wonderful location

We had 12 guests. Kids/adults. Everyone loved the beach house. It’s spacious and the private beach access was amazing. We loved our time here! They had everything we needed.

Absolutely Amazing

This experience was EVERYTHING. Pictures don't suffice for how beautiful this listing truly is. The location, private beach entrance, amenities, and home itself was just what our family needed. This home was equipped with EVERYTHING..from beach towels and chairs to cooking utensils, seasonings, and more. My family and I definitely give this listing a 10/10.
