On site amenities include a health club, five pools, a movie theater, and a market that features Starbucks Coffee and fresh deli items. Other shopping, restaurants, and entertainment are all close by. The building comes with the gorgeous view of the town also at the North side.

Onsite, the Majestic Theater shows movies every Friday and Saturday night.
