Additional Information

The pool heating will be free of charge for the period of 01/11 till
30/04, for the other period it will be on request for an extra fee of
€25 per day. Please contact BeachVillas 48 hours before your arrival.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

Villa Reyes review Enzo

We had a very pleasant stay in Villa Reyes. At start some things went wrong. We couldn’t enter the villa as the lock was broken.. Believe it or not, after a phone call Javier came.. entered the villa, we still don’t know how! But he changed the batteries. And we were good to go. Unfortunately the mattresses in the single rooms were very bad. A call with Richard the owner solved this issue, he changed 2 of them, next to the shower head and knives and spoons. Everything was solved very quickly. Super service, a big thank you for that. A very nice pool!! Really ok. Only one thing outside is never ever cleaned!! The green carpet can only be cleaned with a vacuum cleaner , which isn’t there. Next to the fact that the poolcleaner all of the sudden comes in the house without notice. That is not ok when you are there!! Walk in while you are busy with things or even Sit and eat is not ok! A knock on the door prevent surprises. sheets for the bed are changed in the beginning of the first week after that not anymore Towels were changed twice Cleaning can be better!! Overall we had a very nice holiday in this pleasant house. And I want to provide good feedback for the owner as he was very helpful

Un effort sérieux en matière d’équipement permettrait à cette location de devenir un lieu agréable.Literie en mauvais état Éclairage défaillant ( a priori depuis longtemps)Eau chaude sans débit et difficile à régler Ustensiles de cuisine en sous nombre et de piètre qualité Abord salé et de terrasse à remplacer 2 eme salle d’eau très petite avec pour lavabo un lave main Seul le tarif de location est haut de gamme et injustifié

Villa idéalement situé pour tout visiter avec une belle vue sur l océan,la piscine chauffée au top! A proximité restaurant et supermarché, et place de parking très appréciée! Sinon pour l île , c est notre top 2 de nos voyages : paysages lunaires et chargés d histoire pour les visites des sites touristiques ,le soleil toute l année malgré le vent pour nous en février mais bon, je recommande vivement

From booking to departure, the communication was wonderful. Any questions we had were quickly answered. The villa was as described, with great views, and the local area had the convenience of both multiple Spanish and one British restaurants, a supermarket selling lovely fresh produce along with anything else you would need and a chemist. It was a lovely quiet area with the busy tourist centres just 10 mins by car or bus ride. Lovely beaches, with amazing diving and snorkelling. (Scuba Legends Dive Centre were amazing with all of us, the children had an amazing experience) The beach at Playa Chica was our favourite, with public toilets, two showers to wash off any sand before leaving, ice creams and drinks, including a great cup of tea, sold on the beach front. The area has many wonderful beaches, so please explore this wonderful island. From visiting the volcanos to swimming with amazing marine life, this has something for everyone.

Disappointing Villa Experience

We have been renting holiday villas on Lanzarote for 25 years and have stopped in excess of 40 properties. We are very familiar with the standards and service expected in this price bracket and can say with certainty that this is by far the worst villa we have ever stayed in. The pre entry instructions on how to get into the property were wrong. There was no face to face check in process. The villa was dirty and poorly maintained. The marketing photographs did not accurately represent the current state of the property or the amenities within it. Several basic items/ utensils were broken or missing which meant we needed to purchase items for ourselves. We complained to the agent, Agni Travel. We asked to leave the property immediately and to receive a refund for our unused days. This was refused claiming that they had never received complaints about the property before. This claim was proved to be false when a quick search found reviews describing exactly the same issues with the same property on another Villa rental site dated 2019 and 2022 along with Agni Travels response at the time saying the issues had been addressed. Agni Travel did arrange for the property to be cleaned after our complaint which improved the cleanliness dramatically despite the local property manager claiming this was unnecessary. Agni Travel did offer to relocate us to another property in their portfolio but we were unable to accept this as it was over 28km away. They also offered us a 7% discount on our next booking with them. This was also pointless as we will never use them again. Our advice to anyone looking at this review is to keep looking as there are far far better properties available in this price range

Everything you need is provided for in the villa couldn’t fault it , the pool was amazing, home from home , you would need a car to to go to the main strip but buses are very frequent, would highly recommend this property

Casa grande, pulita,anche nei cassetti cucina. Cucina fornitissima di tutto,anche di calici, ci sono pure stendino e mollette. Materassi comodissimi anche se non nuovi. Assistenza in loco gentile e premurosa, abbiamo avuto qualche problema nel comprendere il funzionamento della antifurto al primo ingresso in casa

Would definitely recommend this villa Reyes its in a great location and perfect for a relaxing holiday. I would thoroughly recommend this type of holiday and will be making every effort to repeat the experience next year which incidentally will be the first time we have ever done this. Thank you x. Everything was very clean. Nights were cool from the sea breeze. Thank you.
