Villa Jessica is a well maintained 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom modern semi detached villa. It is ideally situated close to Playa Blanca town and beach, 15-20 minutes stroll, close to local bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The villa is well equipped for all your self catering needs, including kitchen equipment, fridge freezer & washing machine.

Airconditioning in the bedrooms and lounge, controlled via a coinbox using €1 & €2 coins, Consumption is not based on time but on the power consumed.
We need to pay attention to our planet and not waste energy.

Enjoy the large BBQ and terrace area to enjoy the warm evenings.
Large heated swimming pool (Heating Chargeable),
sun loungers & Parasol, the villa is fitted with WIFI and full English TV channels including Sky & BT Sports.
Pool heating is Charged at £15 per day

We have just got home from a two week stay at the villa. Is exactly as described. The property is clean and well equipped. Outside space is lovely we barely left during the daytime.The walk into town is only 20 minutes, with lots of lovely bars and restaurants to choose from. Thank you for a lovely break we will definitely be back

This is a beautiful, well equipped villa with private pool. Would highly recommend. The tv packed in the second day and Jodie arrived the next morning with a new tv which was great.

We had a fabulous week at Villa Jessica. The Villa was lovely and clean and perfect for our family of four. The Villa is a short walk to the old town. Would recommend and we will hopefully be back soon.

Me and my family had a great time at villa jessica , set in a quiet area with an aldi around the corner and close enough to the beach and shops 15min walk , we had air con which was operated with 1 and 2 coins and kept us nice and cool , the pool had 3 steps to guide you in and was very clean , garden area was kept very well , the beds where great very comfortable, plenty of seating to lounge about on or dine , I would consider going back to villa jessica , it was definitely relaxing for us , taxi from beach back to villa was around 3-4 , which is a priceless !! The villa is in a good location not very far from all shops , pubs/restaurants and marina all in walking distance , anyone with mobility issues should not have a problem as the villa is all one level , also to get around shops etc as a said taxi is cheap enough to do so, , all in all a great place to stay and I will be back , Angela

Lovely family stay

We loved our weeks stay at Villa Jessica! It had everything we needed, the beds were comfy and the pool area was perfect. Location was great, an easy 15 min walk to the coast, or the local aldi. Would highly recommend.

Great location, very private pool area, lovely villa, space for parking, felt a very safe area, alarm, English TV did kept freezing but was a greta addition. local to beach, shops, Bret and Jodie were fantastic, communication, friendly and kind, would highly recommend, the only thing that we would say, it was dusty in many areas, just attention to cleaning beyond eye level. Would go back and looking at next year.

GREAT STAY

We felt at home here straight away, and the kitchen had all the facilities you would need to cook for yourselves, which we did on our first evening as the weather wasn't too good. The Manager Jodie was a great communicator, and any issues were dealt with immediately.

Perfect Xmas Break In The Sun.

We stayed here for a week over the Xmas period. The apartment is as per the listing, if not better. Very well presented and equipped in a safe, very quiet neighbourhood in Playa Blanca. We would not hesitate to use this property again.

The villa was well equipped with all we needed. Not far from the town and restaurants and beaches. The pool was lovely and warm (we asked for heating) The garden and patio was secluded and had sun all day. I even found a Lidl 2 minutes away. Really pleased and would go again. patio secluded.

Relaxing break

Very comfortable villa, well situated about 15 minutes from the esplanade, bars, restaurants and shops. A nice feature was that the pool, garden and BBQ areas are not overlooked. Kitchen well equipped. We plan to book this villa again.
