The views from this apartment should not be underestimated. You have a choice of two terraces from which you can gaze out at the landscape while you relax. French doors open wide to the main terrace from the living room. The living room is cozy and functional with both a sofa and an extra single bed, a television, and even a desk where you can write postcards to family and friends. You can also appreciate a lovely view of the village of Praiano from Idillio's fantastic roof-top terrace. Additionally, there is a balcony on the side of the house where you can enjoy your lunch while luxuriating in the warm, afternoon sun.
The Idillio apartment consists of a master bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a single bed and a sofa, two bathrooms both with shower and a separate kitchen. The main bedroom has a large window with partial view of the sea, and in the morning you will be awakened by glorious sunlight pouring in through the windowpane. There is a spacious wardrobe with ample room to hang your clothes, as well as a bureau. The second room has a terrace which also serves as a living area, as it is equipped with a sofa, a single bed, TV and, of course, affords fantastic views of the coast. After a long day of sightseeing, cook up a quick plate of spaghetti pomodoro in the galley style, eat-in kitchen without missing a single opportunity to enjoy the stunning scenery. The kitchen is tidy and includes a dining table with chairs. There is also a washing machine for your added convenience, located on the terrace. Heating is available if required. The price indicated is based on a 2 person occupancy.
The SITA bus stop is nearby and can take you anywhere that you would like to go along the Amalfi Coast, from Sorrento to Salerno. These buses run quite regularly, and you can ask for a timetable at our nearby tourist office. There is also a continual local shuttle bus, the Flavio Gioia, which you can board from the same bus stop. This bus will take you around Praiano and down to one of its most splendid beaches, La Praia. It runs regularly in the summer months between Positano and Praiano until midnight. Otherwise, everything you will need is within walking distance, so a car is not necessary during your stay. If you are traveling with small children you can take advantage of the park nearby, or do what the local mothers do, and take your kids to the main piazza of the Church of San Gennaro. Every evening the locals meet there to catch up with one another while the children play under their watchful eye.
