Independent villa located on the top floor of a small building. Composed of two bedrooms with 1 full bathroom. Air conditioning, Wifi, kitchen complete with dishes, pans and utensils. Parking space for an medium size car. About 50 stairs to be climbed from the main road. The house is in via Panoramica in Conca Dei Marini with a spectacular view from its private and quiet terraces, ideal place for a relaxing holiday. The town center can be reached walkig the stairs from the home; you will find shops and some bars and restaurants of excellent quality. The sea is 4 km away, if you prefer Amalfi. Or if you like to walk to Conca Dei Marini shore, you will be reaching the beach La Tonnarella or Lido Di Conca, in 20 minutes on foot.

Beautiful views

The property is beautiful. The views are spectacular. The various ways to get to the beach should be specifically mapped out. For example: 1. Take such and such a bus at such and such times departing from such and such a spot. 2. The walk down to the beach using the steps should be clearly mapped. The price of Transfers(taxis) to and from the beach inexplicably varied dramatically from $90 to $30 one way.

Conca di Marini

This was a bad experience. The parking situation was dangerous, pulling in and of parking spot on an exit from a tunnel on a blind curve. Eighty stone steps to reach the house with inadequate railing. The accommodations are very dated. The kitchen very small with old appliances, the shower in the bathroom had ants crawling around, even on the bath towels. The location required a 10 minute drive to get anywhere- very remote and isolated. No brochures about how to navigate the beaches, restaurants, markets. We were to stay 6 nights but left after 2. Our representative from the VRBO was hard to get ahold of and not helpful.

A sunning spot in the perfect town

My partner and I are so happy we chose this location. The view is even more stunning in person than shown in the photos. Our hosts set us up with everything we needed and gave great recommendations for boat rental and getting around. Conca Dei Marini has everything you could want on the Amalfi coast - the views, the food, the beach - without being overcrowded. We would come back!

Schönes Haus mit spektakulärer Ausdicht

Ein sehr schönes Objekt in guter Lage mit spektakulärem Blick. Geschmackvoll möbliert, wobei die Küche etwas abgenutzt erscheint, da sich die Türen einiger Oberschränke gar nicht mehr offen halten lassen. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!
