Villa Vema near Rabac

This beautiful villa is situated in Labin, in the eastern part of Istria, and it offers a relaxed stay for up to 10 guests. In the house you will find 5 bedrooms with 3 french beds and 2 double beds, plus a sofa bed in the living room. All rooms are decorated in modern style, with a lot of attentions given to small details. There are some nice touches, like guitars hanging from the wall, and maybe the biggest attraction will be a big swimming pool shaped like a guitar, with strings under the water. The pool is surrounded by desk chairs and sunshaders. The house features two kitchens that are both equipped with oven, stove, refrigerators, water kettles, and one microwave oven, toaster, a dishwasher and coffee machine. The house is quite spacious, with its 200m2 there's plenty of space. In the living room you will also find a Tv with falt screen and satellite reception, and fast wi-fi Internet. There are also four bathrooms available, each with a shower. Washing machine and a hair dryer is available. You will also find a barbecue in the garden, and an open terrace with a dinning area where you can enjoy your morning coffee on fresh air. The first beach is located in Rabac, just a few km away. Parking places are available in front of the house. Youth groups and parties are not allowed.
