Villa Zoa is located on the outskirts of Krnica, a small town on the east coast of Istria. This charming, family-friendly villa awaits you with its 36-square-meter pool, where you’ll likely spend most of your well-deserved holiday.

In the beautiful courtyard, the family’s grill master can show off their skills, while a small table tennis tournament takes place just a few metres away. From the covered terrace with a dining table that seats up to 12 people, you’ll step into the bright dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen. Here on the ground floor, you’ll also find the cosy living room and two comfortable, spacious bedrooms—each with its own bathroom—as well as a guest bathroom. On the upper floor, there are three additional bedrooms—each with its own bathroom—a sauna, and a game room that opens onto a small terrace. All rooms in the villa are equipped with mosquito nets. The village has everything you need: a supermarket, post office, cafes, and a restaurant. The harbour is an ideal starting point for boat trips, and the bay is a popular diving spot. The immediate surroundings of this villa are perfect for mountain biking or horseback riding, and you’ll find quiet, unspoiled beaches just 2 km from the villa. If you’re feeling adventurous, the picturesque towns of Marcana and Barban are just a 10-minute drive away. Pula is also just a 30-minute drive away, where you can visit the famous amphitheatre or sample and enjoy local specialities at one of the many excellent restaurants. If you prefer to cook for yourself, there are several local producers of typical Istrian delicacies nearby.
