The Sant'Elena farmhouse is located in a strategic position close to the Gola della Rossa Natural Park. Despite being immersed in the green hills of the Marche region, not visible from the local roads, it enjoys all the services necessary for civil life, being only a few km away from neighboring villages.

A few km from Lake Castreccioni and the famous Frasassi caves, the farmhouse also allows excursions along the Esino river or through the woods of Mount Murano, not forgetting the splendid sea of Senigallia or the Natural Reserve in the Conero Park.

Den Alltag vergessen und die Seele baumeln lassen

Wir haben zwei unvergessliche Ferienwochen zu zwölft verbracht. Es ist aufgrund der guten Anbindung zur Autobahn ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Es liegt abseits, somit ist man komplett unter sich. Zur Versorgung muss man jedoch stets mit dem Auto fahren. Das Haus, Garten und Pool sind im gepflegten Zustand und werden betreut. Bei Rückfragen wurde sofort reagiert. Der Pool ist groß und mit Salzwasser gefüllt, der PH-Wert wird regelmäßig kontrolliert, so dass man das erfrischende Nass sorglos genießen kann. Er kann nachts beleuchtet werden. Bäume beschatten den Pool teils, so dass er selbst an den heißesten Mittagsstunden benutzt werden kann . Der Garten bietet ausreichend Platz zum Spielen oder Rückziehen. Die Terrasse ist grosszügig überdacht und war Treffpunkt zu allen Mahlzeiten. Sie bietet Platz für zwei Sitzecken und den großen Tisch. Die Küche ist mit Gasherd und Spülmaschine ausgestattet. Zahlreiche Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden. Einzig die Kaffeemaschine ist mit 4 Tassen zu klein. Eine Thermoskanne ist hier hilfreich, aber nicht vorhanden. Jeder Raum ist individuell rustikal eingerichtet. Bücher, Bilder und viele liebevoll zusammengefügte Möbelstücke, Dekorationen ergeben ein urgemütliches Gesamtbild, welches an Urlaub bei den Großeltern auf dem Land erinnern, ohne dabei alt und verstaubt zu sein. Insgesamt mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Jedes Schlafzimmer hatte einen Ventilator, die Matratzen waren nicht durchgelegen.

Casale st'elena in my heart

The house and area and Serra San Quirico was all I ever had wish from Italy. Of all my Holiday in Italy this is number one. House was so beautifull and garden and pool, evriting was clean and nice. And People I met, they were so frendly. I was there two weeks with my family, 15 person, and we had room enough for everybody! We were happy and relax all holiday and hope to return some day. Thank you with my heart!

Like heaven

The best and most relaxing weeks ever. We spent two weeks in heaven. The host, Laura, is a wonderful and friendly woman. We visited many beautiful places near the mansion and the country is astonishing. It reminded us of Tuscany, but quieter e less crowded. The mansion is really big, but at the same time very cozy! The kitchen is wonderful, well furnished and picturesque. I have no words to describe the garden. It’s really amazing, with that pool. Thank you Laura, the kids never wanted to leave.

A nice holiday

We spent with 3 familys, 2 weeks in Casale Sant’Elena. It was marvellous ! Big kitchen, well equiped, very nice terrace, a lovely swimming pool, good beds, very clean, enough space for everybody. The garden is very beautiful, the swimming pool very clean ! We enjoyed the silence, the beauty of nature, everything ! A place to calm down !!!! Ann C. 05 Sep 18

Super accomodation

Super accomodation for large Groups. Outside terrace with ping/pong was never empty and the pool was a bliss on hot days. The house is very cosy and neatly decorated. Always something to look at. Very well functioning kitchen with loads of cutlery. Good restaurants and shopping in the area. The cave nearby is also worth a visit. Would love to come back and recommend this house to everyone :-)

Ultimate Marche holiday residence

Deare Laura, We really enjoyed our stay in casa Sant' Elena. The pictures are an understatement to the wonderfull property. Our Group (two families, 4 adults and 5 children) where well accomodated in the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The large kitchen is well equiped with all the appliances we could wish. There are so many nice areas in the garden where you can enjoy the shade from all the impressive fruittrees. Not to mention all the delicious home grown vegetables from the garden directly into the salad or on the BBQ. The ss76 to the coast provides fast and easy access to the beaches of Senigallia and Portonovo. The lush green hills of the Marche inland with lovely villages on top, create a scenic view from the main terras when the sun goes down. Did I mention the pool? Right size, right temperature, Great! We've visited many houses in the Marche, but yours is what we would recommend. Thanks!

Che meraviglia!!!!

Il casale sant'elena è una meraviglia e' situato in un luogo tranquillo immerso nel verde. Si respira aria di casa!! Ha risposto a tutte le esigenze delle nostra variegata famiglia( 6 adulti,1 ragazzo,1 bimba piccola e 2 cani). Gli ambienti sono caldi accoglienti e molto puliti. Quelli che ci sono piaciuti di piu' sono: l'ampia e attrezzatissima cucina,il grande portico che noi abbiamo usato come sala da pranzo e la piscina dove abbiamo passato interi pomeriggi a giocare. Il giardino - frutteto e l'orto ci hanno permesso di raccogliere dell'ottima frutta e verdura. Anche i nostri cani hanno apprezzato l'ampio giardino dove hanno potuto scorrazzare in tutta liberta'. Un consilio : sfruttate la possibilità di avere lo chef privato ne vale veramente la pena. Nonostante la distanza dal mare ci si arriva rapidamente. E' UNA VACANZA DA PROVARE!!
