Villa Sandra is a beautiful villa with high quality finishes located near Mondavio, in the province of Pesaro-Urbino in the northern Marche. It is surrounded by a park of centuries-old trees and olive trees, with wonderful views of the surrounding countryside and the historic town of Mondavio.
In addition to Mondavio, a small town of the Renaissance famous for its fortress, from the villa you can certainly also visit the old town centre of Corinaldo, a medieval town at about 15 minute drive. Corinaldo is surrounded by impressive and long walls (about 900 metres) which enclose a lovely town centre crossed by streets and stairs. The most peculiar stair called 'of the Well of the Polenta' in July becomes the set of the 'Contesa del Pozzo' (dispute of the well), an old historic re-enactment in which hundreds of figurants are involved in the streets of the town.
Also the charming historic towns of Urbino, a beautiful academic city, Gradara and Mondolfo are worth a visit. Moving towards the coast are certainly to visit Senigallia, with its promenade full of coffee bars and restaurants and its beach called 'velvet beach'.
During summer months these towns come alive with historical re-enactments and food and wine festivals of typical local products.

The villa is surrounded by a wide park shaded by centuries-old trees, flowered bushes, scented vines and many lemon and olive trees.
Placed on the lawn there is the big pool, covered with precious decorated mosaic.
The pool is fully fenced and is provided with Roman steps and an area suitable for children.
The wide solarium area, equipped with loungers, parasols and gazebo, is connected to the villa by stone walkways.
In the pool area, in an above-ground position, there is also a Jacuzzi for 4 people.

The property is made up of adjacent housing units. In one of these there is the home of the owners, very kind and friendly, who will ensure the maximum privacy during your stay.
It is on three floors, connected by an internal staircase. The villa has refined and elegant rooms, spacious, bright and air-conditioned.
The ground floor has wood flooring and very bright rooms. It is composed of:
– a spacious living area with an open-plan kitchen with double oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, counter with stove top and sink, a big dining table for 12 people and a living room with sofas and tables;
– an outdoor area connected to the living area, shaded by gazebo equipped with table and chairs for comfortably outdoor dining;
– 2 double bedrooms, both with direct access to a bathroom covered with mosaic and composed of double sink, whirlpool bath and shower.
The bedrooms have big windows which allow you to enjoy the beautiful view of the park of the villa and the surrounding countryside.
The lower floor with wood flooring is composed of 3 double bedrooms, each one with en-suite bathroom covered with mosaic. In detail:
– a spacious double bedroom with bedroom whirlpool shower, bathtub with ceiling natural lighting and bathroom; outdoor relaxation area shaded by gazebo;
– a spacious double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with whirlpool shower; outdoor relaxation area shaded by gazebo;
– a spacious double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with whirlpool bath; outdoor relaxation area shaded by gazebo.
On the lower floor there is also a bathroom with whirlpool bath and a laundry room with washtub, washing machine and tumble dryer.
The first floor is characterized by wood flooring and wooden beams and planks ceilings. It is composed of:
– a living area with TV, sofas, including a sofa bed suitable for two children, and kitchen with access to a big panoramic terrace;
– 2 double bedrooms;
– a bathroom with bathtub, covered with mosaic;
– a bathroom with whirlpool shower, covered with mosaic.
Please note that the maximum number of adults that can be accommodated at the property is 14 adults.

The rental price includes:
fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; weekly linen change; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); air-conditioning; Wi-Fi; pool and garden maintenance.

The rental price does not include (to be paid upon arrival):
