WAINSCOTTING IN THE KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM- CEILINGS AND WALLS! NEW FULL BATH UPSTAIRS WITH DOUBLE SINK, AND HALF BATH DOWNSTAIRS.
BRAND NEW STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES! ALSO OUTDOOR SHOWER WITH HOT AND COLD WATER AND OF COURSE THE HEATED POOL IN THE BACKYARD OASIS!! Our family had a great time in this rental! So close to the beach, restaurants, and the grocery store. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated a available beach chairs and towels. The pool area in the back was super nice. We would stay here again for sure!

Amazing beach house

Beach access was amazingly easy and location in general was fantastic. Restaurants within walking distance. The house was roomy and comfortable including the great outdoor space with heated pool and upstairs deck space. I want to go again.

Sweet Family Vaca under St. Augustine Stars

The duplex was perfect for our little family with our small grandchildren! They loved playing in the shared pool and yard with our puppies! The owners provided a cozy home away from home for us all, from the well stocked kitchen, fully stocked bedrooms, beach and pool linens, ocean décor, etc. It was a perfect fit for our family reunion holiday!

My husband and I have been living in Saint Augustine Beach for 13 years now! We vacationed here for 23 years before that! Every April we came down with our children and stayed with grandpa for a few weeks to a month and loved it!
My dream was always to own a home near the beach and to have a vacation rental business and my dreams have come true. I love meeting my guests and insuring that they have a great time. A few of my prior guests own homes here now and we are great friends! I live one mile from the beach house so am right here to help with anything you may need. Ask me anytime for restaurant suggestions etc. I am happy to help!

Why they chose this property

During my vacations here years ago I dreamt about owning a home in Saint Augustine Beach close to the ocean. My husband is a builder and so we saw this house in need of TLC and it was right where we wanted to be. It is on a lot and a half which enabled us to put in the pool in the backyard and add the additional bedroom on to the back of the house. I love the neighborhood feeling. We are one block off A Street which has restaurants and surf shops, on a quiet street where we can watch the surfers head to the beach!

What makes this property unique

I knew I could renovate this property to be a beautiful beach house and every year we add and change and upgrade! It is a constant work in progress but a fun job for us!! I've filled the house with artwork and shells and everything beachy so you feel totally relaxed and happy upon entering!!
