We stayed at Len and Kristy’s house for a week in March 2026 with our three kids and dog. It’s a great house! Exactly as described online (although felt even more spacious than the photos depict). Very well stocked and we loved the location. Len and Kristy were very responsive. Highly recommend!

The house was comfortable, in a nice neighborhood within walking distance from the beach. Very nicely decorated interior and enjoyable outdoor seating on front and rear sides of the house. We also enjoyed watching and listening to the birds!

We had a great time. The house was just as advertised. I loved the shutters in the house, that allowed more sleep time. I also loved having a removable shower head, it made washing easier. The walk to the beach wasn't bad, but it is still a walk to get to the water. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location, so close to the beach. Felt very safe and secure, enough space for parking. Beach chairs broke so we replaced 2 of them, indoor seating wasn’t very comfortable but was enough for us. There were a few bugs but that’s probably normal in FL. Plenty of towels for indoor use & separate ones for the beach. AC worked well, showers had good pressure, outdoor hose to rinse off feet & sandy things.

My General Contractor husband, Len Weeks built this home in 1987 for our dear friend Ann Jaffe. When she passed it was converted to a vacation rental. In 2019 we had the opportunity to buy it and bring it back into our family. Very sentimental and meaningful home, beautifully appointed and solidly built.

Off street drive in garage, gorgeously decorated, comfy cozy and a happy place for you to relax and rejuvenate while exploring St Augustine beach and downtown historic St Augustine.

St. Augustine Beach has everything you need for the ideal beach vacation – sunny accommodations, tropical seaside restaurants and bars, a beachfront park with a fishing pier, a large beachside pavilion, a splash park and sand volleyball court.
