About this property

Charming little house located in the bay of Talamanca on the edge of the sea with beautiful views. It is located just a few minutes walk from the beach of Talamanca and the center of Ibiza by car.
The house has a full kitchen, living room with sea views and air conditioning. 2 bedrooms, both have en-suite bathroom with shower and air conditioning.

Outside we find a left side covered terrace. And another open terrace facing the sea with four sun loungers.

In addition, the house has: WIFI, Smart TV, washer, dryer, safe and a private outdoor parking space.

Fabulous

Gorgeous, spacious property with many lovely quirky and unique features. Outdoor space is fantastic with many seating areas and glorious views. Swimming straight off the rocks was great fun, face mask and snorkel recommended to view the abundant sea life. Ramon is a very friendly, welcoming and accommodating host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All good!

Fantastic property, great comms

Property was better than in the pictures, in a great location on Talamanca beach. Few minutes to bars / cafes and restaurants on the beach and 15 mins walk into town. 2 mins to supermarket. Eco Ibiza we’re great throughout, lots of fast comms and very friendly. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or return.

One of a kind home and private coast line!

Incredible home and location - quick walk to the nearby beach and restaurants. Private coastline to have a swim any time you like. Also walking distance to the marinas if you plan on taking a boat out during your stay. Wonderful all around - would definitely go back.
