The house is ideally situated, first line in front of the sea, perched on a rock cliff, in the old fisherman's quarter of Ibiza Town “La Marina”. With its privileged location the property provides stunning views to the sea and Formentera, spectacular views to “Dalt Vila” (the old walled town) -which has been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO- and the Cathedral.
This property has a pretty impressive 360 panorama view from the roof terrace.
The terrace is huge and ideal for sunbathing / star gazing in total privacy….
Breathtaking location, exclusive and unique: one of the only few houses in first sea line in Ibiza Town -which you can count on the fingers of one hand-. Nana and Jo's house was absolutely stunning. It was beautifully and tastefully decorated, making it feel both stylish and incredibly welcoming. This house is unbelievably gorgeous. Nana was an incredible host and we had such a lovely time. The views are unbeatable and the house was comfy, cozy, and clean. The rooms had blackout shades, the roof was an amazing place to chill and we loved every moment. Will definitely book again next time we’re in Ibiza.

Nice apartment for a girls trip! It has multiple levels for us to hang out in and a large bathroom on the bottom floor for us to get ready for our activities. I would highly recommend this space for a girls' trip or group vacation!

A wonderful property that is in a prime position. Overlooks the ocean and close to a great selection of bars and restaurants. The whole house is amazing and the roof terrace especially is phenomenal. Would happily stay again!!

Great location with amazing views!

The house is great as it is large and offers multiple different areas to spend time through the day. It is walking distance to many great shops and places to eat and drink. But the views of the water and port are one of its best highlights!

Incredible views and a very clean home. We loved our time here and didn’t want to leave! Just be aware that it’s on a pedestrian street and a few minute walk from the road if you have a lot of bags

Amazing view!

The house is stunning with large windows on its facade which give a breathtaking view of the sea. The rooftop patio is even more impressive. It’s rare to get a view like this one with a great location in the old town!
