The enclosed private garden and covered terrace are ideal for barbecues and outdoor evenings. Located near Spa, Malmedy, and the German town of Monschau, the home is a great base for cycling and hiking through the Eifel-Ardennes landscape. The north of Luxembourg is also easily accessible by car. The home includes 2 children's beds, 2 high chairs, and parking for 4-5 cars. Cycling teams are welcome with free parking on request, and EV charging is available for a fee. Wir haben in dem großen gut ausgestatteten Haus 4 schöne Tage mit der gesamten Familie verbracht. (9 Erwachsene, ein Baby und Hund.) Das Haus hat alles, was eine große Familie braucht. Die Räumlichkeiten sind so aufgeteilt, dass man sich gut verteilen kann, aber auch gemütlich am Esstisch essen und spielen kann. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die zusammenhängende Küche, das Esszimmer und die gemütliche Essecke. Schön ist das große voll umzäunte Grundstück. Vor allem für den Hund. Die große Terrasse ist überdacht und bietet auch dort ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeit. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Leuk huis met grote tuin. Zeer goed gelegen aan het einde van een rustige straat en palend aan een bos. Alle voorzieningen zijn ruimschoots aanwezig (potten, pannen, borden…). Ideale woning voor een ruime groep met kinderen. Van oktober tot december wordt in de omliggende bossen aangegeven om deze niet te betreden omwille van de jacht. Dit is niet voor alle dagen, bij de informatiebureau’s kan je nagaan op welke dagen er jacht doorgaat. In het dorp is er een lekkere pizzeria/brasserie, wel best reserveren.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Das Haus eignet sich gut für einen Besuch mit einer größeren Freundesgruppe. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Der Garten schön und hat eine kleine Boulebahn. Den Kicker und die Tischtenniseplatte haben wir gar nicht genutzt. Das Haus ist allerdings sehr hellhörig. Das sollte einem bewusst sein, wenn man mit vielen kleinen Kindern dort übernachtet. Schön wäre es, wenn der Vermieter die Türen noch einmal ölen könnte. Das würde ein bisschen helfen.

War eine schöne Zeit.

Wir hatten Probleme mit den Betten. Alle hatten wir nicht die richtige Bettwäsche dabei. (Sollte vielleicht mit angeboten werden.) Das WLAN-Problem konnte im Chat nicht gelöst werden und wir haben den Router erst am letzten Tag entdeckt. (Hatten ein Fußballfreies Wochenende.😎)Haben die Zeit genossen.
