Perched on a hill overlooking Baneux, this 5-bedroom holiday home offers a tranquil escape for up to 9 guests, perfect for families with children. The home features a large garden with a pond, sun loungers, and a furnished terrace with barbecue, ideal for soaking in the countryside views.

Inside, enjoy two cozy living rooms, a fireplace, and a well-equipped kitchen with ceramic cooker, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The home includes 4 bathrooms, a recreation room with table tennis, foosball, billiards, and even air hockey. A washing machine, tumble dryer, and child-friendly amenities like a high chair and children’s bed are also provided.

Located just 2.5 km from the town center and shops, and 7 km from restaurants, it’s a great base for exploring the Ardennes. Enjoy hiking, cycling, or skiing at Lierneux or Baraque Fraiture (5 km). Parking available. A perfect blend of comfort, nature, and fun.

Die Lage und die Umgebung des Hauses sind wunderschön! Auch die Fassade ist traumhaft. Die Inneneinrichtung könnte eine kleine Renovierung vertragen. ;) Neue Möbel und ein frischer Anstrich würden dem Haus sofort viel mehr Flair verleihen. Gerade bei so einer schönen Lage! Der Empfang war herzlich und alles wurde schnell organisiert.

Mooi huis op een schitterende plek

Zeer mooie accomodatie op een prachtige plek. Vanuit het huis kun je mooie wandelingen maken. Binnen is ook genoeg vertier.

Fantastische ligging met prachtige vergezichten. Heel groot domein tussen bossen en velden en ver van andere huizen. Privacy verzekerd. Veel speelmogelijkheden in huis zoals biljart, ping-pong, kicker etc. Sanitair was proper, kamers redelijk, ramen toch wel erg vuil en zeker al maanden niet gekuist. Zeker doordat het uitzicht juist zo super is, is het vervelend om dan door zo vuile ramen te moeten kijken. Keuken enorm voorzien van allerlei klein materiaal.

Het is een fantastisch mooi huis. Heerlijk groot met een uitgebreide inventaris (borden, glazen, broodroosters, oven, magnetron, koffiezetapparaten enz.). Ook een schitterend uitzicht over de Ardennen. Veel speelmogelijkheden voor de kinderen (tafeltennis, darten, airhockey, biljarten en tafelvoetbal). Prachtig plekje om (gezins)foto's te maken.

Een mooi groot huis, zowel binnen als buiten is enorm veel ruimte. En dan dat geweldige uitzicht! Vanuit de woonkamer kijk je uit op de vallei met Baneux, vanuit de keuken en eetkamer op de mooie tuin aan de achterkant, en vanuit onze slaapkamer op een weide met koeien. Aan alle kanten mooi! De tuin en het huis zijn goed onderhouden, het is een heerlijk rustige plek, en de goed gemarkeerde wandelingen starten op loopafstand. Wij waren blij verrast met het speelhuisje en de zandbak in de tuin, die stonden niet vermeld. De ligstoelen waren heerlijk, de speelkamer leuk, de goede tv was erg fijn met alle sport op tv. De dag voor onze aankomst was de bliksem ingeslagen, zodat de kookplaat kuren vertoonde. Gelukkig is hier snel en adequaat op gereageerd door de beheerster, zodat we toch konden koken. Uitstekende service dus!

Het huis was prima te vinden met de navigatie. Coordineren met de beheerster voor onze aankomst (en het vertrek) was ook zeer gemakkelijk en snel. Wij kwamen aan in een keurig, zeer ruim huis, dat prachtig gelegen is en eigenlijk van alle basisbenodigdheden wel voorzien. Keuken is prima uitgerust, al is een scherp mes meenemen aan te raden. Bed- en badlinnen moeten ook zelf meegenomen, maar afwas-/schoonmaakspullen genoeg aanwezig. Vlakbij is ook een supermarkt met genoeg aanbod. Geen problemen gehad met doorgeslagen stoppen, de wifi werkte ook (grotendeels) prima, en we hebben met plezier haardvuurtjes gestookt. Verwarming was te reguleren per ruimte, en de bedden waren comfortabel. Het uitzicht en de wandelroutes rondom het huis waren erg mooi, en we hebben genoten van een rustige week.
