Moulin Bescond liegt sehr idyllisch und ruhig auf einem großen, gut nutzbaren, zum Teil bewaldeten Grundstück mit Bachläufen, Wiesen und einem kleinen Wasserfall. Das Haus ist geräumig und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, bietet genug Platz für bis zu 8 Personen. Einige Betten sind allerdings nur 1,9 m lang. Leider sind Einrichtung und Mobiliar in die Jahre gekommen und zum Teil in schlechtem Erhaltungszustand (fast alle Töpfe ohne Deckel oder Beschichtung beschädigt, Gartenstühle baufällig, Wandanstrich im Trocknerraum blättert ab, lose Steckdose im Wohnzimmer). Als zusätzliche Ausstattung wären eine Garderobe, Putzeimer und Staubsauger wünschenswert. Am ärgerlichsten angesichts der fälligen Endreinigungsgebühr von 75 € war die mangelhafte Sauberkeit bei unserer Ankunft (Böden nur oberflächlich gereinigt, dicke Staubschichten unter den Betten, Schrankböden staubig). Moulin Bescond ist trotz der beschriebenen Unzulänglichkeiten ein sehr schönes Haus, in dem man sich wohlfühlen und gut erholen kann und das reichlich Gelegenheit für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung bietet.

Moulin Bescond ligt prachtig. Het is een oud huis met een eenvoudige gedateerde inrichting en een heerlijke openhaard. Letterlijk voor de deur loopt 1 van de vele prachtige wandel-, fiets- en paardrijdroutes uit de omgeving wat wij gezellig vonden als we buiten voor de deur onze koffie of wijn dronken. Het meubilair is ook gedateerd en het zou fijn zijn als er meer dan twee lekkere stoelen zijn om ontspannen in te zitten als je er langer bent dan 2 dagen en terugkomt van een lange wandeling of 1 van de vele leuke uitstapjes in de omgeving. Dat geldt ook voor het tuinmeubilair. Zoals beschreven doet de WiFi het slecht neem daarbij mee dat je ook geen 3 of 4 G bereik hebt op die plek. Voor ons uiteindelijk geen probleem, maar even schakelen en Ellen ochtend en avond even bij een oude tempel 800 meter heuvelopwaarts data ophalen. Een tip is om het douchegordijn beneden te vervangen voor een deur omdat de douche klein is en het gordijn je steeds omarmt. Wij hebben daarom boven in bad gedouched. We hebben er 2 weken doorgebracht en wilde niet naar huis. Prijs/kwaliteit vonden wij uiteindelijk iets uit balans.

Beauté des espaces !

La propriété est située à côté de l'ancien moulin à eau, sur le passage d'un très joli chemin de randonnée. Elle est spacieuse et agréablement meublée, éclairée, et bien équipée. Attention : il faut disposer d'une voiture pour accéder à des commerces et visiter la région. Et on ne peut pas garer plus de 2 véhicules devant la bâtisse elle-même. Mais dans un rayon de 12km, il y a largement de quoi en prendre plein les yeux : de nombreux endroits sont splendides.

NB: als je niet tegen een ruisende beek kunt, niet doen, wij vonden het rustgevend en fijn. positief over het huis: ruim en voldoende van alles. vriendelijke eigenaar, prima ontvangst. negatief: sanitaire voorzieningen ( douche, bad,) beneden de maat. Heel lage waterdruk (springen onder de douche) , geen toiletrolhouders, douchen boven moet in bad, maar doucheslang ligt los, een ophanghaakje zou het al makkelijker maken. Geen afvoer voor de wasdroger waardoor alles kletsnat wordt in de douche/wc ruimte. Dat is ook te zien aan de muren daar: bladdert etc. Jammer , anders was ons verblijf perfect geweest.

Ik zou deze accommodatie niet snel boeken voor meer dan zes personen. In principe zijn alle faciliteiten aanwezig maar met een zeer 'Franse slag'. De wasmachine is aanwezig maar was kapot, een theekoker is aanwezig maar levert een halve liter warm water, zitplaatsen zijn voldoende aanwezig maar er waren maar twee stoelen comfortabel. Ditzelfde geldt voor de sanitaire faciliteiten op papier prima (2 badkamers, 2 toiletten) maar de waterdruk is beperkt en de douche is zeer klein. Bovendien is het huis zeer vochtig. De Wifi is slecht. Er is weinig bereik bij het huis, dus overgaan op 4G is geen optie. De locatie, de tuin en de omvang van het huis waren wel fijn. Het huis staat naast een rioleringszuiveringsbedrijf. Dit geeft soms wat luchtjes. Dat was dan weer minder.

Mooi zandstrand bij Bréhec op 15 min. rijden, goede bakker en slager/supermarktje in Pléhébel op 5 min. rijden. Veel wandelmogelijkheden, ook vanaf het huis. Mooie lange kano-tocht mogelijk vanaf Pontrieux.

De omgeving is prachtig. Het huis is in keurige staat en goed ruim voor 8 personen. Persoonlijk vind ik het huis mooier dan weergegeven op de fotos. Er zit een eilandje vast aan het huis, waar gevoetbald kan worden en de directe omgeving leent zich goed om een stukje te wandelen. De wifi kan niet veel tegelijk aan, maar spotify op een aantal telefoons gaat prima.
