Lovely relaxing stay at Villa Viviane. Equiped with all needed to make the most of the deck and the sea view. Nice quiet location for relaxing. Short walk to boulangerie and restaurant. Pool and hot tub clean and lovely to use. Fab second lounge and games room upstairs with more views.

Lovely house with great views of the sea

We had a lovely time visiting all the pretty local areas and enjoyed Ile de Brehat, Plougescant and Treguier a lot. L’Armor is very quiet and relaxing . The house is designed to make the sea visible from nearly every room with huge windows and you feel very much part of the seaside. The pool and hot tub are great fun and the garden is pretty. The downstairs bedrooms are perhaps not as spacious as the rest of the house but we did not spend much time in them! You cannot swim from the local beach but it is easy to find beaches you can swim from. Viviane and her family were very helpful and came round in an instant when there was a minor problem with the house. They clearly love the house and it was a privilege to be allowed to stay there! Thankyou Viviane!

Séjour parfait

Maison de vacances idéale pour découvrir les côtes d’Armor: située en bord de mer et d’une réserve naturelle, ultra équipée (espace spa, salle de jeux et bibliothèque …), très lumineuse, déco sympa, des espaces pour chacun. Le propriétaire partage ses connaissances de la région… Nous la recommandons vivement et prévoyons d’y revenir.

Ein großartiges Ferienhaus!

Wir verlebten einen wunderbaren Bretagne Urlaub zusammen mit Familie und Freunden in diesem toll ausgestatteten Haus. Der Blick aufs Meer und die Nähe zum Strand waren perfekt. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und hat sehr viel zu bieten (Pool, Billard). Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder 😃

Wunderschöne Aussicht, tolle Ausstattung

Wir haben zu viert eine Woche in der schönen Unterkunft von Viviane verbracht und hatten eine tolle Zeit: das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und verfügt sowohl über ein großes Jacuzzi als auch über einen Pool mit Gegenstromanlage. Auch die Infrarotsauna für zwei Personen war toll. Es gibt zudem einen sehr schönen Garten und eine tolle Terrasse. Das Haus liegt nur wenige Minuten vom kleinen Strand entfernt.

Magnifique maison, à quelques mètre de la mer et du GR34. La vue est juste exceptionnelle. Maison très fonctionelle, avec tout ce qu'il faut à l'intérieur. Et la partie spa (piscine avec nage contre-courant, jacuzzi, sauna) est la cerise sur le délicieux gateau. Enfin, accueil très sympathique de Viviane et Michel. On s'y sent comme chez soi!

Perfekt

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche im Ferienhaus verbracht! Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet, in der Küche fehlt nichts. Der Ausblick durch die großen Fenster ist einfach nur sensationell, ebenso wie die Meerblickterasse und der Wintergarten. Gut gefallen hat uns auch, daß alles zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Vielen Dank!

Une maison magnifique, très bien équipée ( rien ne manque !..), et située idéalement ... Nous avons passé une semaine parfaite.. un temps ensoleillé était là pour parfaire ce séjour ! Nous avons pu admirer la mer grâce aux grandes baies vitrées , terrasse balcon face au large !! bravo pour la luminosité de cette maison ....on s'y sent tout simplement bien ! Herrliche Lage am Meer

Schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes großes Haus mit herrlich großen Fenstern mit Blick auf das Meer ! Das Panorama auch vom Schlafzimmer im Obergeschosse hat uns sehr gefallen. Große Wohnküche, sehr reichlich ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Auch der Garten war sehr hübsch angelegt und gepflegt. Die Lage ist optimal für Spaziergänge am Meer, abendliche Fotos im Sonnenuntergang am Strand und Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine en Bretagne dans cette maison : la pièce principale est très grande et très agréable. De plus la vue mer est sublime et il ne manque rien dans la maison. Bref, nous serons heureux de revenir dans cette location pour de prochaines vacances.

Pour une parenthèse enchantée

Cette maison est idéale et je ne lui trouve aucun point négatif. Que du plus ! Mention spéciale pour le confort de la literie et du canapé ( super important lorsqu'on passe la journée à marcher et sillonner les alentours ) On se sent comme chez soi car rien ne manque. ( vaisselle, appareils électro-ménagers ...) Notre plus grand plaisir, ouvrir les volets le matin et prendre notre petit déjeuner ( des crêpes, forcément ;o) ) en admirant la mer . Vue sublime, on contemple la mer à marée haute ou à marée basse de l'intérieur de la maison assis à table, du canapé ou encore de plusieurs chambre et de la terrasse . ( Une paire de jumelles est à disposition pour voir encore plus loin ) Tout est prévu également pour nos compagnons à 4 pattes, notre petit carlin a pu se balader tranquillement sans risquer de passer à travers la clôture , disposer d'un confortable coussin et de gamelles à disposition. Concernant les alentours, comme toujours en Bretagne nous avons pu découvrir des paysages à couper le souffle à proximité ( Pointe du Bilfaut, Minard, Guilben ...) , des villes comme Paimpol , Lannion, Tréguier valent le détour.Tous les jours, à pied , en deux minutes, nous avons pu nous rendre sur la plage et regarder nos enfants jouer à se tremper les pieds ou à construire des châteaux de sable. Nous avons appréciés également la pêche à pied , nous n'avions jamais vu autant de coquillages ou d'huitres à notre portée! Enfin, les propriétaires sont aux petits soins, très accueillants et soucieux de notre bien être. N'hésitez pas à leur demander des conseils de visites etc, ils adorent leur région et sauront vous orienter. Je recommande cette location sans hésiter! Merci!

Parfait, maison superbe et une vue vraiment jolie

Wir haben hier 3 sehr schöne Wochen verbracht und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage hat uns sehr angesprochen, mit dem Auto sind alle Annehmlichkeiten im nu zu erreichen. Trè Bon sejours dans cette maison Avec une superbe vue Sur la mer. L accueil des propriétaires est chaleureux. Wir freuen uns schon auf ein Wiedersehen 😃

Schönes und gepflegtes Haus in idealer Lage

Wir wurden hier sehr herzlich durch die Eigentümer empfangen und haben in diesem Haus zwei wunderschöne Wochen verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. De l'espace, du calme, vue mer exceptionnelle, confort total, à deux pas du Sentier des Douaniers, à deux pas de la plage. Petit-déjeuner sous la véranda, déjeuner en terrasse, dîner où vous voulez et suivre le coucher du soleil depuis la terrasse Ouest. Base idéale pour visiter la Bretagne Nord, à mi-chemin de St Malo et de Brest.
